Stanza non era quella che avevamo richiesto...stanza orribile sotto sopra poi spostati in un altra stanza che chiamate superior ma neanche un acqua nel frigo bar...

It´s 3-star - and for that it is very satisfying, the rooms are not spacious but absolutely ok, clean with AC, it looks like recently renovated ... the staff at the reception was really helpful, but English is not fluent. Breakfast is really good, enough there if you are not very late. The hotel bar is not really well stocked, but the coffee is very god there. The hotel is 1 min. from the beach - which is good, and the hotel shares a swimmingpool with the neighbouring hotel, however it can be very crowded with all beds/umbrellas occupied. The beach is nice - and a public beach (without fee) is 5 min. away to the North. Golf in Cervia (3 x 9 holes) are 5 min. by car.

Attention: if you haven´t booked "full service" the beds/umbrella at the beach are 20-30 € per day extra! Parking can also be a problem, there are only 9-10 own parking spaces for the hotel available, outside in public there´s a fee (app. 14 per day) - I´m not sure if everybody really paid or if there is any control ... otherwise you have to look for distant free parking 5+ min. away.

The cleaning and wait staff were very helpful and extremely nice.

The air conditioners were leaking water and covering the floors with water, this was happening in multiple rooms. The staff knew about and saw these problems and informed us that we the customers needed to tell the frost desk rather than them, making it seem like the hotel knew about the problems but were trying to hide it. Great staff terrible ownership/management.

I liked the facilities: restaurant was ok as well as the swimming pool. The hotel is close to the beach and this is a plus.

I did’t like the room, in particular because it was too small for 2 people and a 1 year old child

Good location… but rooms very small… good breakfast… Dinner also good ! stag very kind !

Firstly being offered room on 4th floor so on top of reception and dinning room made it 6th floor after asking for no higher than 3rd as my partners phobia which when booked said it wouldn't be a problem. They then offered a much smaller room on 1st floor which we took as could not spend a week up there, Was told we had to go to hotel next door which is not what we booked but went with it. Came back after dinner asked and got a coffee for my partner and a beer but was told they had run out, as they were closing for the season they weren't getting any more, I said what did they mean closing as we were here for a week which she replied they were moving us to the other hotel the next day which obviously we were not at all happy as just unpacked and must of known when we arrived. No photos as was only there over night
