W aplikacji booking w informacjach o płatnościach widnieje zapis: wliczono podatek miejski 6 zł za osobę za noc. Na koniec pobytu zostałem poinformowany, że muszę zapłacić podatek miejski. Po kontakcie z hotelem i przesłaniu zrzutów ekranu dot. płatności kontakt się urwał. Poza tym potwierdzenie płatności podatku miejskiego powinno być wręczone na początku pobytu ponieważ upoważnia do różnych zniżek w czasie pobytu w Ustce. Wyciszenie pomieszczeń praktycznie nie istnieje, słychać wszystkie dźwięki sąsiadów co szczególnie nie było przyjemne ponieważ za ścianą naszej sypialni była ubikacja sąsiada.

Der Silvesterabend wurde hervorragend ausgestattet, es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Die Sauna war etwas zu kalt eingestellt.

The best thing about this place is its location. Further away from the city center, the sea is close by and the most beautiful beaches are also very close. The second best thing is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Also it was really clean, especially the common areas.

I am a foodie. I prefer quality over quantity, unfortunately in this hotel the quantity prevails. Regardless if it's breakfast or separate meals at the bar, it is usually big portions, but when it comes to taste, rather boring and disappointing. The cocktails were very nice though 😊. Another thing that bothered me quite a lot was the fact that I was staying with the dog. This hotel allows pets, which is nice, but it was the first time during my stay with the dog at the hotel that I had to sign extremely strict rules, like the dog is not even allowed to leave one hair in the room (well, reality is a bit more different than the rules, but it was still very surprising). Also, some of the guests are visibly bothered by the fact that there are dogs in the hotel. It is not exactly the hotel's fault, but maybe they should inform their guests better about the fact that there will be animals and if the guests are against it, they should maybe choose another place. It is not very pleasant to stay at a nice hotel, pay extra for the dog and then hear pretty loud comments from some of the guests about their dissatisfaction with the animals next to them.

The location was great, so was the facilities for the children, the pool was well designed and kept warm.

Rooms for up to 250 usd with no AC. The breakfast was subpar to say the least. Little variety, it's obvious they mean to cut costs anyway they can. We ordered room service to our room, which was nice that it was available, but the quality of the food was just "ok" when you take into account the very high prices. The system to get into the parking lot is needlessly complicated.

The location was great - just 5 minutes to the beach and a bit outside of town. Newly refurbished rooms. Friendly staff. The opportunity to rent a bike (you even get it for free if you are a Genius here on booking.com).

The ugly cool, white LED light everywhere and the dining room was a bit unwelcoming. The bikes which you can get for rent could be in better condition.
