Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is wonderful; the elevator allowed my mother, who uses a wheelchair and walker, to enjoy our family’s vacation. The showers also accommodate shower chairs, which was also needed. And it being oceanfront was also a plus! My mother could see us out in the beach, which was also why we chose this house. And allowing dogs was also needed for our family. We hope to come back to this house as it meets all our needs. My parents, sister and her husband, and her 2 girls and myself all had rooms to ourselves, allowing us to have our own space. Again, we all enjoyed this house.

Loved the house for our large family. Love the street for the kids and proximity to the beach. Very quiet. We basically lived on the front porch, just perfect. The property managers were amazing. Highly recommend.

We came to this location again because of the proximity to the beach, the great views and the layout of the home. There is ample, comfortable seating throughout the house, a large open space to gather as a family, 2 king master bedrooms ( a must), a hot tub with a view of the ocean, an elevator, and lots of space in the bedrooms. The rental agency quickly took care of a couple of issues and replied after hours, which was awesome. One thing I would suggest is to have more storage containers and cooking items/better pans in the kitchen. There is no iron, so we brought our own travel iron and board this year. Some people don't care about ironing on vacation, but this is something that we do on occasion. Also, it you want to have your kids sleep past sunrise, bring something to put over the windows in the kids' rooms. The shades are semi-private and anyone can see in. Also in the two master bathrooms there are large circular windows above the toilets. We chose to put one of the extra pillows in the window for privacy. Overall this is a great place to stay, with lots of beautiful views and a comfortable space to gather.

Access to the beach was maybe 100 steps or less. Beach was clean and not too busy this time of year so it felt more private.

The kitchen is also well stocked (with cookware) so making meals was easy. The rental company was very responsive as well. My only suggestions are to replace the twin bed in the upstairs queen room as there is no way someone over 5 years old could sleep on it. The sofas in the main area are also pretty uncomfortable - a nice big sectional in there would be awesome.
