Good Location.

There were coakroaches in our first room. We received another room but we lost 1.5 hours for the moving procedure. The front desk provided just a short "sorry" but I would not recommend this hotel after this experience.

We had the best time during our stay in Kona at Pacific19. The room was great and we were upgraded to sea view because of our honeymoon. And we got some welcome gifts because of that! the rooms are very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. we had a great time and loved the free coffee in the mornings. Also location is great, you can just walk anywhere in Kona.

Expensive as it is - we also had to pay additionally for parking.

The location is perfect . The staff is very welcoming. Very good value for money.

Macro bar was a treat…great coffee in the morning…cool design and vibe and friendly staff…comfortable beds!

The parking situation was difficult and expensive. The hotel was expensive but I understand the demand in the area.

It’s really trying! IG presence is great— the posts actually helped me plan part of my trip. I love the color scheme. The decor is almost there! Staff were amazing and kind! The lobby is clean, open and simple! Love the towel rack on the balcony! Great idea! Mini bar was on point— though could use more food for couples. Room was spacious!

You can tell everything is painted over— that the bones of the place linger from the prior company. The art work in the rooms try, but aren’t quite right. The bathroom & carpet leftovers are big icks! Replace the tubs with tiles— no need for tubs. Either way, please update the bathrooms. A bathrobe would have been a nice touch. The carpets must go! The carpet is the color of dirt, so it is hard to determine how clean the floors actually are. Also not a fan of the carpet on the balcony! Or carpet on the headboard (though much more tasteful). Or carpet on the elevator door frames. I couldn’t open the balcony sliding door without hearing the electric power lines snapping— wasn’t prepared for that. Sadly, nothing can he done about location. Otherwise view was as expected. I wish the coffee jeep stand would have had longer hours! I tried to pay for 3pm checkout because i had a red eye home, but housekeeping was not informed and kept knocking on my door to clean. I ended up checking out a couple hours earlier than I wanted because it was such a nuisance. Seems like the front desk needs to have a better way to communicate with the housekeepers. My shower had hair on the walls and on the shelves. Otherwise appeared clean overall.

1.空调室窗式的，整晚噪音难以入睡。2. 酒店停车是要收费的，25美金一晚。可能KONA的酒店都是这样。但是我们晚上7点到酒店，居然告诉我们车位都预定完了，需要我们自己找地方停车。花了将近一个小时都没有找到和酒店价格一样的停车位。如果租车来酒店的，早点到或者选其他酒店吧。

For the most part it was a good stay.

The pool was closed unexpectedly and that was one of the reasons we selected your place, was to have a pool our last 2 days in Hawaii, so that was disappointing. The rooms should have a microwave.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Kona.Es ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Das Zentrum kann zu Fuss erkundet werden.Dort gibt es viele kleine Läden und Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel sauber. Wir haben unser kostenloses Upgrate mit Meersicht sehr genossen.

Leider konnten wir uns nicht mit dem Hotelwifi verbinden.Das Personal tat jedoch alles,dass es wieder funktionierte. Es ist sehr laut.Von draussen sowie auch im Hotel.Es ist jedes Wort von den Nachbarn oder jeder Schritt im Hotelgang zu hören. Auch vom Zentrum hört man die Strasse,Musik… Für 2 Nächte in Ordnung.

The staff let us check in a bit early and -- even more importantly -- let us use the pool long after checkout since we had a night flight.

Price was a bit high, but that's Kona.

Centrally located, room was good but hallways need upgrading.

They attempted to add in all types of hidden charges and fees and were partially successful. I was able to reclaim $148 of the $220 they overcharged me. This was provided begrudgingly and required assistance from Booking.com and my credit card company to get a majority portion back. BEWARE, I provided a detailed accountability of what I was charged and what I should have been charged. In the end it was only $72 more, part of which ($25 plus tax) included an additional night for parking of which I showed proof the rental car was already returned. Still, it boiled down to a matter of principle and the management staff did not have any at this hotel.

When paradise helicopters cancelled our tour with less than 24 hours notice pacific 19 staff went out of their way to get us a ground tour at short notice

Wi fi continually dropped out. Possibly because we were on the 5th floor? Quite noisy as we were on the road side of hotel. One morning groundskeeper started using leaf blower just after 7.30 am. Door swiper needed re programming three times.

Common Spaces, Pool, Coffee Wagon front desk,wonderful attention to detail in design and extras. Yoga a.m class. Special drink on arrival. Hannah at front desk went above and beyond to help us.

This is a very basic motel with zero amenities beyond a swimming pool. There isn’t even a coffee machine on the premises.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit guter Parkmöglichkeit gegen einer täglichen 20$ Gebühr. Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer. Gemütliche Betten.Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Der Rest ziemlich veraltet aber Preis Leistung passt auf jeden Fall! Toller Aufenthalt!
