Raggiungere Princeville Golf Club Prince Course è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Hideaways Beach ti aspetta a 11 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.
Questo appartamento da 58 metri quadri offre numerosi vantaggi. Goditi anche i suoi spazi esterni e sorseggia una bevanda corroborante sulla terrazza privata (e non perdere l'arredamento da esterni!) We had such an amazing stay at this location - it was cozy and modern and had everything we needed and more! The apartment has actually been remodeled, and as of this review (Sept 2024) looks even nicer than the pictures. The location is awesome and we will remember mornings and evenings at the balcony for a long time.
Here are some things I wondered about before our stay:
-Oil, salt, and other spices were available
-The kitchen is fully stocked, including tupperware and ziploc bags
-There's plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap
-There's a drip coffee machine and there was a couple of day's worth of coffee provided
-Laundry pods were provided for 2 loads
-Beach gear included several nice Tommy Bahamas chairs and an umbrella
-There are 2 snorkeling sets, although if you are planning on snorkeling a lot, I would bring/purchase my own
Definitely recommend staying here!

We were informed by Daniel of a leak in the condo the day before our arrival that required us to leave a couple of days early. Normally it would have required immediate attention to fix, but he was kind enough to delay the work for several days so we had time to find another place to stay our last couple of days. Not only that, he fully refunded the cost of our stay and was very apologetic.
We were sad we couldn't stay there the entire time only because it was a perfect place for us. The view was awesome, the AC worked great and it was within walking distance to Queen's Bath and Hideaway Beach, both of which are notorious for parking difficulties.
We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we're back! Thank you, Daniel!

Liked the location: close to 1 Hotel for food and spa. Hideaway Beach is nearby if you want to do the hike downhill! Nice walk to the Farmers market and town center for food and groceries.
Did NOT like the old furniture, mattress and pillows. Place could use an update. Carpet (! Ick). Refrigerator was dirty inside and out. Overhead fans not cleaned in ages (!).
Owner should pay a bit more attention to the property.
Overall I would give it 3 stars.

A beautiful condo in a beautiful place! The loft was very clean, and in the perfect location. Easy walk to the beach :)

This was the perfect property for us. We ate breakfast looking out at blooming trees and singing birds and watched the sunset from the balcony. The house had everything we needed and more and when we had a wifi issue, the owner was very quick to help us. Plus we were very close to a hidden beach where we snorkeled and saw green sea turtles every day. Did I mention that beach chairs and snorkel gear were provided? We hope to be back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo for many reasons. The location was safe and within a lovely community. The lanai is long, has amazing views and fun animal visitors to see and photograph! Daniel generously provides snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels and coolers. In addition, there are multiple sauces, spices and even plastic Ziploc bags of various sizes which were are greatly appreciated! We loved the lavender shampoo/conditioner & body lotion! Check in was easy and flawless! We highly recommend this condo! Mahalo Daniel!

We had just over a week here and had a great time. The lanai backs onto a strip of forest which is alive with birds in the morning. The place is a 5 minute walk from a viewpoint, food and drinks which was perfect.
The unit itself was clean and tidy and very well equipped, we'd definitely stay here again.

We had a short trip on the north side before staying on the south side. This condo is a great princeville location. Wonderful trip!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Princeville. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood in a golf course community. Location was great. Mountain view from the Lanai was spectacular. Interior of condo was a little dated but it was very comfortable. Kitchen had all that we needed. Bed was comfortable and AC was great but was really only needed for a hour or two in the afternoon once we got home for our day's adventures. Recommend putting this on your list of possibilities for your upcoming trip to the north end of Kauai.

This condo is everything that you need for the perfect stay on the North Shore! It was very clean, well stocked, and the beach gear was useful. The view was amazing of the mountains and waterfalls. The birds were a delight to listen to with their beautiful songs. The hosts were quick to respond and friendly. Will definitely be planning another stay here in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is PERFECT. It had everything we needed and the ac worked great. You will never miss a sunset being so close to Sunset Outlook. Daniel was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions. And there wasn’t a long chore list for check out (which is rare these days!). We also enjoyed all of the beach gear. Would highly recommend this unit and host.

We loved this property! It was walkable to a beautiful tucked away beach, you could see the moutains and waterfall from the lanai, and was just a great location for our adventures! Everything was nice and clean, organized, and the list of recommendations was so helpful! Would definitely stay here again if we get back to the island!!

Great stay here. Bed was quite comfortable, place was very clean, and so nice to wake up to hear birds in the trees that overlook the hills. Also a really nice location, close to Hanalei and short drive to several beaches.

Loved the area and the condo! The balcony was great to sit out on and watch the birds and rainbows!
We were able to walk to Queens Bath which was amazing ( slippery at the start) but worth it. The sunrise lookout was also great and we went for lunch at Hanelei Bay Resort too.
We stayed four nights which was perfect as we had stayed four nights in Poipu.
Would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for the 2nd half of our honeymoon and loved it! It was close to the beach and a beautiful lookout perfect for watching the sunset. It was very clean and well stocked. We were grateful for the washer and dryer! Communication with the host was excellent! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Perfectly situated, great spot to use. The lofted portion has very steep stairs, so be mindful in assigning beds, but overall a beautiful stay closely located near Hanalei Bay, Tunnels Beach, Anini Beach, and plenty of other great spots.
Nice bathroom with fully stocked shower products, beach and bath towels, extra bed linen, and great shower, especially to get the sand off at the end of the day! Bathroom door doesn’t lock (not a big deal). The kitchen had every appliance and item you could need, including washer/dryer for particularly muddy clothes from
hiking, plus beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and cooler bag available for use. The balcony was a perfect spot to start our mornings- incredibly gorgeous views of the trees!
Parking- one thing to be mindful is that you’re actually sharing the spot with another unit (208A and 208B). We always managed to either use 208, a free permit spot, or under the lamppost, so it wasn’t a problem and we were always a few feet from the front entrance.
Overall, we had a really wonderful time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot in Princeville!

Our stay was perfect. The loft was easy to find, had clean accommodations, it was stocked with everything needed, and had stunning views. The owner is clearly knowledgeable, cares for the environment, and encourages guests to do the same. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Would absolutely book again when we return to Kauai!

Very clean and overall wonderful stay. The umbrella was broken, so that made our beach day not quite as great as we planned. We loved the birds - it was almost like being in a tropical rainforest! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This condo was very comfortable and had all that we needed. Good internet and AC. Stocked kitchen and beach gear (some was broken on arrival, but still useful!). The lanai with mountain views was great for meals. Walking distance to a great snorkeling beach. Parking was a bit hit or miss despite supposedly having a dedicated parking spot. We’d definitely stay here again!

The condo is in a perfect location and the views from the lanai are incredible! We loved that we were in close proximity to all that the north shore has to offer & the beautiful walking trails around the golf course. Daniel was prompt in his responses and communication. Overall, the condo was neat & presentable, however, there was visible dust on ceiling fans, doors, etc. which was unfortunate as I am highly sensitive to dust. A good deep cleaning of the condo would make it the perfect place to stay.

This condo was perfectly located in Princeville. Quick walk down the street takes you to two different beaches (one requires a steep cliff side climb up and down but totally worth it); access to miles of paved walking paths around the golf courses; and a perfect sunset viewing spot looking over Hanalei Bay.
The recent addition of air conditioning is a nice extra not always found in Kaua’i condos but not necessary when you open up the windows in both sides of the condo to catch the trade winds. We enjoyed our week’s stay. Daniel was very responsive to any questions we had. We’d love to co e back soon!

Echoing many other reviews, Daniel’s home was a solid 10/10 stay. The unit had everything we needed and more (towels, beach gear, snorkels, etc). The view of the mountains from the back porch is absolutely unreal. The location is top notch— walking distance to Queens Bath, Hideaway Beach, and a short 10min car ride to Hanalei Bay and Ha’ena State Park. Daniel was a great host and responded quickly when I had questions on the day of our check in. Would definitely stay there again!!

Very convenient to touring around the north side of the island. Rental was clean, excellent dishes and kitchenware. Lanai was very comfortable with amazing mountain views. Would recommend.
