Cannot say enough good things about this amazing property. Exactly as described and well maintained. It's just as beautiful and clean as the posted photos. Gorgeous decor throughout the main house as well as the Bungalow, with custom artistic touches inside and out. Plenty of space for five adults and one toddler. They even provided us with a high chair and a pop-up crib, which was so helpful. Actually, they had everything we needed as a family and more. Even had plenty to do when rain and storms popped up, thanks to the pool table and family games provided. All appliances and electronics are modern and like new. Location was perfect since we wanted a more quiet and laid-back experience. But close enough for a short drive to Clearwater for visiting the Aquarium and lots of shopping. Good cafés, restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Sharon at Seaside Property Shoppe was awesome, and quick to reply to any questions. I would recommend this property to anyone, without hesitation. If you have the opportunity to say here--do it! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely loved this HGTV type house and our stay!!! We had three families and this house was perfect to be together, spread out and enjoy great memories! The convenience of easy beach access, pool, covered decks and peace and quiet was so relaxing. House was totally stocked with everything you would need as well as pool and beach toys. Great location to restaruants, shopping and water sports! Can't wait to return!!!

This was “our home” for 8 days and the owners and Seaside Properties do a wonderful job of making you feel as though you are in your home relocated to beautiful IRB. The owners have exquisite beach-themed decor - which is sometimes not provided in a rental home. This was an amazing place to stay and we cannot wait to return. The location is very close to many restaurants in walking distance.

We rented the Sea Oats house for our family of 9 people aged 1 to 66. The house was immaculate and beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. The pool access and access to the beach was so easy for us. Loved the location in the area as was close to everything. The house itself is well built with expensive upgrades. Plenty of everythng in the kitchen and bedrooms. Extremely nice home and locaiton makes it even better.

It was a great get away with our adult children and their partners. We loved all the different gathering spaces at the house. Some of the kids were able to work remote and when they had a break it was such an easy walk to the beach and say hi to everyone. The house also had two sturdy paddle boards. We loved all the beach games. We all said your house had the best beach chairs...the nice Tommy Bahamas ones...You had plenty beach chairs for us all. YOur kitchen was a delight for us to cook in. The beds and linens were top notch. walking distances to restaurants and local stores.

Sea Oats is absolutely gorgeous! The beach views from the main house are stunning. The home and bungalow have been renovated and decorated perfectly. The house is equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. We have rented in Indian rocks beach in the past and this was by far our most enjoyable vacation! We loved it!

This house was great for our beach stay. It has space for everyone to be together but also different areas where everyone can have their own space. The beaches are beautiful, and the pool was nice to cool off in. The kitchen has everything you will need, and we love the icemaker! We will plan to be back.

This house won’t disappoint! The owners stocked this house with a lot of beach accessories that we enjoyed using. We honestly didn’t want to leave because it was the first vacation that was so relaxing and we loved the area. The week went by fast but we made good memories.

We had 3 different families enjoy their boy's senior high school spring break together and we enjoyed our time in this beautiful house. It worked great for accommodating different families and still allowing the louder boys to have their own area allowing everyone to rest well. We had hoped to get out often to explore the area but instead stayed home cooked and grilled many meals in the beautiful kitchen, enjoyed the beach, swimming both in the gulf and the pool, and all the accommodations the house provided us. Taylor at Seaside Rental was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we had at the property. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and made some great memories! Thank you!
