We enjoyed our stay in Lexington immensely. The home was immaculately clean and exactly as described in the listing — perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The back porch was a favorite! We visited during a very hot week, and the home stayed cool throughout. We especially appreciated that the property has plenty of parking and we also enjoyed walking around the beautiful surrounding neighborhood.

This beautiful spacious home suited our group of 10 adults perfectly, each couple with our own private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and there was so much space for gathering in either the kitchen, dining room, or comfy deck, or lower level, which we did not even need to use. The ceiling fan on the deck was perfect to keep the heat at bay. We enjoyed walks in the adjacent gorgeous neighborhood and the location was perfect as it was close to the downtown as well as other area attractions. Communication with the host was excellent along with the very detailed app included when booking the home. We were very impressed with details and suggestions. Tiny suggestions would be additional hair dryers, ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms, and perhaps moving the kitchen table a little further away from the window to avoid closeness to the blinds. This is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend or book again!

Spacious, attractive home; well stocked kitchen; good location adjacent to attractive, walkable neighborhood. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Couldn’t have worked better for 5 couples.

The home is wonderful - very spacious with room for so many. We had 10 ladies and we could all spread out and open suitcases and lay out toiletries, etc. The back deck was a great gathering place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We did miss having a hairdryer in each bathroom as only one of us brought one from home so there was a lot of sharing on that item. But overall a wonderful stay - Seth and Jason were very responsive and also passed along great suggestions for restaurants and activities throughout the trip! Thanks for making our trip so memorable!

Seth's property was perfect for our group of 11 Adults visiting to go to Keeneland. The property was clearly built explicitly for hosting large groups (the number of bedrooms and baths was perfect) and well furnished (clothes irons, garment steamer, all utensils and kitchen dishes were available - even in labeled cabinets to keep things easy!). The only issue we had was that the gas fireplaces didn't appear to be hooked up yet, (or at least we couldn't figure them out). Overall our group loved the space - it was perfect for our trip and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Thanks again!

Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness and the sleek, modern decor that adorned every corner of the space. The attention to detail in the design made it feel both luxurious and inviting.
Every room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings, and I found myself completely at ease as I lounged in the spacious living areas or relaxed in the tranquil bedrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided for.
One of the standout features of my experience was the responsiveness of the owner. Any questions I had were addressed promptly, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.
Overall, this rental provided the perfect combination of luxury and relaxation, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway located near the Bourbon Trail.

No VRBO is perfect, but this one comes pretty close. We had (7) families (14 adults, 6 children) from three states drive to Kentucky to gather for six days of fun & games & Thanksgiving celebration.
This home is very well appointed and really is exactly as it appears in the photos.
The outside TV on deck was not working for our stay and that was a disappointment, but due to cooler weather, it may not have gotten much use anyway.
We did have a kitchen sink leak but made a call to owner and it was promptly dealt with.
We were a little apprehensive about the neighborhood, not being from the area and previewing on Google maps, but it turned out to be an excellent location and we enjoyed the convenience and friendliness of the little mom-and-pop corner store right across the street. Also, a school playground just one-block away.

We had a group of 12 that visited for the Bourbon Trail and a football game. The home is located in a nice historic neighborhood. A small family owned "old corner store" is located across the street which was very handy for staple items we needed. Everything is a short drive (grocery, food, bars, etc). The home had plenty of room for the 12 of us and we never felt crowded. Everything you need is at the home to cook anything you want (plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans). Seems to be a very safe neighborhood as 5 or 6 of us went for morning walks everyday. Seth, the host, was very responsive and provided any/all information that made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Lexington.

The property had everything we needed. The amount of bathrooms was important to us, and this property accommodated all of that. It was super clean, fresh, and absolutely beautifully decorated. There were 12 of us, and everyone of us loved it.

Four generations of our family stayed here for vacation. 17 of us total with ages ranging from 1 to 80+. The layout of the house worked well. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and kitchen items to prepare our meals. We had excellent communication from the host when we had questions. We loved our stay!

My family and I stayed here for my Mother-in-Laws birthday weekend. It was conveniently located for everything we had planned. The house was a hit for our family of 16 and Seth was a wonderful host! We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area! Thanks again Seth!

This house is wonderful for a big group. Beds and comfortable, bathrooms are beautiful, kitchen is well supplied with plenty of dishes, pans, etc.
Outside deck and hot tub are very enjoyable. Owner is very responsive. We checked in and we couldn’t figure out the outside TV. We called and owner answered and walked us thru it. Our group would stay here again.

Really enjoyed the clean, modern decor and open floor plan design. Lots of places for adults, young adults and grandkids to socialize or get away from the group. Outdoor seating. gas fireplace and hot tub were also great. Having the 4 bunk beds and bath all in one downstairs room with a TV and lounge area outside was perfect for the younger set. Also a downstairs room and bath for the young adults in the group. Quiet neighborhood and parking was not a problem for the group. Kitchen well-equipped with modern appliances.

This is a great house for a large group. Lots of bedrooms and great spaces to hang out together. Kitchen is well stocked to handle a large group. Hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the day.

I recently stayed at a short-term vacation rental in Lexington, Kentucky and it was fantastic! The location of the property was great - it was close to a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The host was incredibly accommodating and the house was very well-stocked. We were able to prepare meals easily and there was plenty of space for our large group. We never felt cramped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We even decided to purchase the mattress that was used in the property for our own home!!Overall, we had an amazing stay and I wish all of our vacation properties were as great as this one! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this short-term rental property. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. The property was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, it was close to all the main attractions and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our favorite part of the property was the outdoor patio where we enjoyed the beautiful views.
The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The living room was spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We also appreciated the fast internet and multiple televisions, which made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space.
The host was an excellent host, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. We hope to come back and stay here again in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property in Lexington, Kentucky and we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The host was exceptional, with incredible accommodations and communication from the very beginning. They provided us with great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was beautifully appointed and at times, we felt like we were staying in a Ritz Carlton. Our large group had plenty of space to hang out, thanks to the basement and the family room. The location was also excellent, being close to town shopping and restaurants. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Our stay at this luxury property was absolutely fantastic. The host was incredibly accommodating and made the check-in process a breeze. The house was spacious and accommodated our large group comfortably, with enough seating for everyone at the dining room tables. We particularly loved relaxing outside by the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub. Overall, this was one of the best short term rental experiences we've ever had and we can't wait to come back next year!
