Location was great

It felt grimy and dirty and the entrance hall was horrible…quite disappointed as the place didn’t measure up to the pictures advertising it. We had a visit from the people below as the shower was leaking in to their apartment. Dirt and litter under the bed and the top of the fridge was thick with dust

Everything is good

The curtains were missing. During the day there was really hot and in the evening I couldn't even turn the light on as it was visible to the street. I had small AC unit with me otherwise I wouldn't be able to function. There are curtains in the picture provided on the website. I would like the owner to be made aware and provide feedback. There was no WiFi password ready. I had to call the owner. He mentioned chalk board, but there is no chalkboard in this apartment.

location was nice near the shops in uplands

The windows didn’t shut so could hear everything outside, builders woke us up around 6:30 outside seemed like they were using a wheelbarrow an slamming it down, the curtain rail fell down when I opened curtains to look outside. Shower was hot 1 second then cold the next. Tried cooking an the marking were worn off of the oven. Overpriced for the stay if totally honest just needed abit of TLC and would of been a better experience

The environment is perfect

the property was in a good location with reasonable parking, the kitchen was well equipped, with cooking items and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk.

on first entry, the kitchen floor had clearly not been cleaned or even brushed, so brushed the bits up myself. then went to make a drink and the cupboard shelf had some form of sticky substance making it slightly difficult to remove from the cup. using the toilet was very entertaining as when my partner went to get up the whole thing nearly followed her into the kitchen. the radiator in the lounge stopped working. the window in the bedroom did not shut properly so could hear everything outside almost as clear as day.
