The Downen House was a nice change of pace from the average hotel, and the owner was very accommodating and fun to talk to. Our suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful!

Ein Stück Himmel auf Erden. Hier passt einfach alles. Das beginnt bei den superfreundlichen wie entspannten Gastgebern, über das wundervolle und bestens renovierte Haus, die geschmackvollen und megakomfortablen Zimmer bis zum Gourmetfrühstück. Diese Aufzählung ließe sich noch endlos fortsetzen. Einer der besten Orte, an dem wir je übernachtet haben!

The breakfast was excellent and the host was amazing. Really enjoyed reading about the history of the house which was in the bedroom. Beautiful home, lovely breakfast served elegantly and amazing host.

An amazing experience staying here for two nights. I was in town for a residency interview. The warm and comforting atmosphere Scott and Tamara provided me made my interview day a lot better after a good night sleep. Their daughter is such a sweet girl helping out her parents.
The breakfast made by Scott every morning is amazing!! I felt like a princess with the food and fine china.
They also offer free wine, beer, cookies! And you can try the wine/beer made by Scott himself!
The house was built in 1889 and it literally felt like living in a museum with all the amazing pieces.
Highly recommended, will visit again for sure!

Beautiful Victorian home that Tammy & Scott have turned into a wonderful bed and breakfast. EVERYTHING in the entire house was beautifully furnished. Attic bedroom and sitting area were so inviting. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding served on beautiful china and crystal. Tammy was the perfect host and it was so enjoyable talking to her about the history of the home.

Beautiful historic home with lovely touches in every room. The hosts were wonderful, the breakfast was great, the upstairs suite was very spacious and the bed was so comfy I never wanted to leave. They even packed me a bag of treats to take on the rest of my trip. I highly recommend Downen B and B!

The Colorado suite is large, 700 sq feet, and well decorated. Even a complementary Colorado Amber beer in the fridge. Hosts were very friendly and provided an excellent breakfast. Will stay here again.

Great hosts, immaculately clean, comfortable bed, lovely historic home, beautifully maintained, excellent full breakfast. We will definitely be back.
There was not a thing we would have changed. It was an exceptional experience. Five stars all the way around.

Beautiful historic house with wonderfully preserved original features. Our host Tammy was very welcoming and made our 1-night stay very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and beautifully served.

Everything about this place is top notch. Scott and Tamara are the consummate B&B hosts. They will wait on you hand and foot and also give you all the privacy and space you need. The house, the property and the food all are amazing. Extra points for the beds and sheets. If you are staying in Pueblo and don’t stay here you are doing it wrong.
