Exiguïté de l’appartement trop petit pour 4 adultes au delà de une ou 2 nuits.

Très proche du métro, des commerces et des commodités. Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre Barcelone en 20minutes. Très bon accueil de l'hôte.

Le logement pourrait être plus isolé en ce qui concerne le bruit de la rue. Autrement, c'est très bien.

Apartamento modesto mas não falta nada.,cama confortável e limpo. Muito acessível com metro a 150 m em menos de 20 m estamos no centro de Barcelona O anfitrião Jorge impecável quase um guia turístico a nos receber. Fomos surpreendidos com espumante e chocolates, não estávamos nada á espera . Se voltar a Barcelona não vou procurar outro sitio

Tinha reservado um estúdio com beliche não foi possível por não estar em condições mas foi logo ultrapassado pois o Jorge arranjou-nos uma solução. Futuramente poderiam substituir a banheira por base de duche além da água que escorre para o chão também não achei seguro

Una experiencia inolvidable, el hostal es increible, se ve muy bonito y tiene un entorno muy agaradable le encanto a mi marido y mis hijos. El encargado del hostal Jorge es muy amable y hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintieramos bienvenidos. Me quede por 3 noches y no tengo ninguna pega o queja, esta situado en el lugar perfecto por su cercania a la playa y otros restaurantes, definitivamente el mejor hostal en badalona. Ampliamente recomendado.

La bañera para personas mayores no es adecuada y su desagüe necesita de una revisión. El nivel de ruido de la calle es molesto. Se podría mejorar con algún aislamiento.

Es war sehr sauber und die Lage war super (man braucht ca. 20 Minuten mit der Metro bis Barcelona). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war demnach echt perfekt.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft echt zufrieden, deshalb ist das nur eine Kleinigkeit: Leider kann man die Fenster nicht ganz öffnen. Dadurch konnten wir nicht richtig lüften und das Zimmer war oft sehr stickig, wenn wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und abends zurückkamen.

The property has everything for a very comfortable stay. The Metro station is just a few steps away. So connectivity is very good. The beach and shopping mall Magic Badolana is within 15/20 mins away. It has variety of food in and around. The owner is very good and looks after every need and communication is not a problem at all even though I did not know Spanish.

Beds were very nice and comfortable probably a bit more firmer would have done for me

Location wasn’t terrible to major attractions. And there are great food spots including grocery close by.

Plumbing was abysmal including tub filling during showers, and a leaky toilet.

Floor can be cleaned properly. There was no proper ventilation as windows were tough to open and not cleaned at window side.

No air conditioner, windows didn’t have nets so opening them let in lots of mosquitoes, Wi-Fi didn’t always work, kitchen sink smelled

Building itself requires maintenance. Few issues with room; Shower head not fixed to wall so you have to hold whilst showering Air con didn’t work (wasn’t that hot whilst we were there so not a major issue) Generally quite a few things in need of repair

We’ve stayed at hostal estudios for 5 nights so it definitely deserves a full review. Bear in mind that the building is still undergoing renovations which means some things will definitely be better in the near future. We arrived on the first day earlier than check in time hoping the room was ready but since it wasn’t the host brought us to a nearby restaurant and offered to pay for our lunch. The room is essential with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is clean but the tub is missing a curtain. It is extremely close to the metro station and you can get to the sagrada familia in just under 15 min. They’ve changed our towels and sheets half way trough our stay. When we first got into the room we realized there was no hair dryer but once we’ve asked they’ve provided us with one in no time. We’d definitely recommend the place to someone who will spend most of the time exploring the city and is looking for a cheaper option. Safe to say that, although some things need to be improved, Savior is a great host that will compensate for that!

The apartment is located near the metro and supermarket so it's really convenient.

We're a family in 4, so the sofa bed is not really comfortable for an adult. It will be great if the owner provide a small carpet in the bathroom and a trash bin for the kitchen. In overall is a good place to stay.

Localisation is good, close to Metro, close to beach, nice restaurants and shops nearby

It’s basically under construction, furniture is old and random (plastic garden table, plastic garden chairs), door lock very weak, foil in place of old AC instead of glass in window… old bad shaped windows…
