違う管理人が間違って入ってきた

The room was beautifully decorated and the view of the city was wonderful

I had a parking fob and got a ticket which I want cancelled, no sheets for second bed, dirty dusty blankets for second bed, only one coffee cup, dirty, garbage, hair in drawers, limited towels torn up bathroom floor…and so much more! I have cataloged photos

Great location. Nice apartment.

The property is managed by Vacasa. The send WAY too many emails. I have counted 20, including a few demanding payment when payment was required - and made - at the time of reservation. Several inquiring about the rental agreement which had already been sent. Even one the very first day of the rental requesting a "background check" as I flew from London to Seattle. Emails sent to contact your greeter - who will let you into your rental - were returned stating "The email account that you tried to reach does not exist." Thanks to the helpful front desk staff who were able to reach my greeter.

Location was great, amenities were good

No extra toilet paper, floors and base of bed are in rough shape

Location It was clean for what it was. The lady who checked us in was great. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice.

The place is dated and worn. Cheap vinyl bed that is flaking. Carpet was stained throughout the place. Bathroom floor is rotting. Rental company is hard to get ahold of.

Hello I am staying at the Belltown court space There are many items wrong with this rental. 1) the refrigerator was turned off the whole time. We put food in it and Saturday night it was rotten. 1.5) there is mold growing in the freezer section. 2) the floors in the bathroom are rotten buy the bathtub. 3) the floors in the bathroom are pulling apart. 4) the shower head drips constantly. There limited hot water. 5) there is no water pressure in the sink. 6) the sink drain doesn't. I think for the money that we had to pay for this rental, these problems shouldn't exist. It was way overpriced. I am requesting a FULL refund.
