Il receptionist del giorno di arrivo molto gentile e comprensibile. Il parcheggio funzionale. La camera silenziosa, il letto comodo. Molte prese di corrente. La posizione centralissima.

La receptionist del giorno del check-out, piuttosto brusca. L'ascensore strettissimo. Il televisore piccolo, considerata la distanza dal letto. Tutta la struttura parecchio fatiscente. Nessun piano d'appoggio in bagno.

The shower head was loose so showering was not easy. I reported this on leaving

This hotel is better than the two star status that it trade under. Rooms are very good. Very clean. Close to everything in Rodez. Staff are very nice and helpful. .

Location was exceptional, but it's easy to miss the turning for the car park. However it was great to have a private car parking space in the centre of town and it was cheap. Jean Charles was very helpful with an excellent manner. All the facilities were adequate.

It would have been good to have tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Location is very central with a view of the cathedral. The room was quiet and comfortable. The food was very good and nicely presented. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Toilet not clean. Room overlooked the main road and the traffic noise woke us up very early. As it was a Sunday we couldn’t check in until 5pm. The restaurant also wasn’t open as it was a Sunday.

Fabulous location with museums, restaurants & bars very close by. Very quiet for sleeping at night. Comfortable bed.

Have to wait until 3pm to check-in.

The hotel was well set out over 4 floors, the duty manager spoke good English and was helpful with directions and suggestions for an evening meal. Our bedroom overlooked the cathedral square and had a large very comfortable double bed the ensuite bathroom was clean and had a modern very effective shower with steady pressure and heat. The breakfast was a buffet style

The Rodez one way system is a nightmare, and it is easy to overshoot the hotel location and have to try and get around again. The evening we stayed the town had a fete taking place and the centre was closed off with security barriers which were beside the hotel, the music was varied, very loud and ended with rap group which kept us awake & concluded at 0300. Whilst this was beyond the hotel's control, had we known we could have made alternative arrangements.

It was central looking on to the cathedral. we only saw the receptionist but he was welcoming and helpful. our room was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. There is also a convenient car park in the hotel which was a bonus.

The dining room wasn’t open on Friday and Saturday and that was disappointing and inconvenient.

There were only 2 hangers in the room, ridiculous for a business trip of 4 nights stay. Took two days to find more. No fridge or coffee making facilities in the room which alternative accommodation similar rating offers. Breakfast was extra on top of room price making it more expensive than alternative accommodation with better facilities.
