We had a great stay. The property is only a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. The house was great, with plenty of room. The immediate neighborhood felt safe. We appreciated receiving good, detailed communication from the owners. We loved having some beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon and a wake board available to use at the beach. The patio area on the top level was beautiful and provided a nice place to hang out in the evening and enjoy the breeze and the stars. A few things to be aware of: The garage is good sized, but we had a larger vehicle that was too tall for the garage. If you're in a similar situation, know that parking on nearby streets fills up quickly in the afternoon and evening, but spaces do start to open up later in the evening once people start leaving the beach and restaurants. The bedroom on the main level (king bed) has translucent doors, so any light from the main gathering area or kitchen makes it harder to get to sleep. Not a big deal, just something to work around if you have group members with different sleep schedules. The showers/baths are only available through the bedrooms on the second level. Those staying on the other levels will need to access them through these bedrooms. Again, not a problem, just something to be aware of as you are planning. Overall, this is a fantastic property, and we enjoyed our stay.

This property was everything we thought it would be and more! It was just splendid! We enjoyed our rooftop evenings and our morning walks to the beach with coffee. We hope to return in the future….

We had several family members stay at this house and we had an amazing time! House has enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Big kitchen and nice outside eating/sitting locations. Walking distance to beach and stores was fantastic!

Loved our home. So close to the beach but in a residential part of PB. We could walk to everything, but also a bonus to have a 2 car garage. The house was NEW, clean, comfortable and just perfect. Communication with management company was superb. We had everything we needed and then some. Our daughter is at SDSU. This will be our home away from home. Can't wait to come back. The house is in a perfect location for a family if you want access to all that San Diego has to offer. The beach, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, etc. The inside looks exactly like the pictures online, everything is clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This house was in the perfect location for us (a family trip with a couple, three individual adults, and two children (aged 8 & 12). Located just a couple blocks from the beach, but it in a much quieter area than the beachfront. The provided beach wagon made it a breeze to carry all of our gear to the sand. In the win column: - Location (easy walk to the beach; one block to the grocery store) - Air conditioning - Two-car garage - Well-stocked (especially beach gear) - Plumbed gas barbecue - Washer/Dryer - Professional property manager/easy check-in & out The layout particulars: The king bedroom on the ground level is separated from the kitchen by an opaque glass barn door. The bathroom on the ground level is a powder room down the hall. The second level has the primary King bedroom/bathroom, and two bedrooms (one full bed each) which share a full jack-and-jill bathroom. The top floor has one room with two beds and a full bath. This room is open to the stairway (no door). It has a slider out to the rooftop patio. This configuration worked well for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was as listed. The remote check in and text messages made it all seamless. The house was clean and sleeping arrangements were as described. All the necessary kitchen items were there. We are a family of cooks and eaters, and did not miss a tool or appliance. The kids loved the Foosball table, and the ample outdoor spaces made the home feel larger as our group was able to spread out. The beach towels, and gear were an added bonus. We had family staying at a hotel on the boardwalk and they were able to walk down to enjoy breakfast on the patio. This is a fantastic property, you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the proximity for so many reasons being that we had small children with us, you'd think you would want to be on the beach, but actually you want to be where this property is because of the noise at night. Perfect location and comfy furnishings, appreciated the beach wagon, beach toys and plenty of towels for sure. Was so nice to have a garage and backyard as well!

We were pleasantly surprised with the house and all the amenities it offered. It was very close to the beach and other local hangouts. We will be booking this location again in the near future.

I can’t say enough about this property!! We were booked for 7 nights and stayed stayed 8 because we just weren’t ready to leave!! 2 blocks to the beach that we walked to every day with the amazing beach chairs/wagon provided. Amazing kitchen (I now want self closing cabinets and new appliances LoL) with all the amenities you need to cook your meals. Can’t be more impressed with the communication from management!! They responded very quickly and were very accommodating!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved the place, walked to the beach every morning for surfing and coffee. Great beach location comfortable beds and pillows, quiet neighborhood. It was all we could ask for for our family of 11 people.

House was perfect for group of ladies celebrating 50th birthdays. Great location. 3 min. walk to beach. Ralph's grocery right around corner. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was perfect for preparing apps / drinks in the evening and making breakfast in the morning. Kitchen fully equipped for making coffee, cooking, serving. Lots of spices on hand too. Comfy beds. Plenty of space to hang out. Roof top patio as well as two other outdoor spaces were awesome! Only negatives - noise does carry upstairs to the third floor. Third floor shower has very little hot water reserve. Overall great place! Would stay here again!!

Patio furniture was invested with spiders , webs and spider eggs , garage door outside key pad did not work , location is great

The house was good. Bedrooms and bathrooms all Good - wish the downstairs bedroom had at least a dresser or closet as that proved a challenge. And there was no shower downstairs either for our elderly mom so also a challenge. Something about Vacasa we’ve noticed is that there’s usually never enough Kleenex or paper towels. Just an odd thing that seems consistent. Parking was tight as expected but a 3rd car can easily fit perpendicular to the other two if necessary as street parking is hard to come by except on Wednesday or Thursdays. Prob won’t stay here again as the cost was a one time splurge. Nice walking distance to everything needed esp the grocery!

Top to bottom this place is awesome. The top floor has a sun deck, a gathering spot with outdoor fireplace, and a 2 bed bedroom. Sunset sunset sunset. Second floor has the en suite MB. Massive and very comfy. There are 2 more bedrooms on this level that share another bath. Oh. The MB has a deck too. The first floor has it all. Two large outdoor decks. Kitchen, dining, and living room. Not to mention a half bath and another bedroom. Amazing. All in a package about a block from PB.

More spacious than it looks in the pictures! Had everything we needed for our group to have a very enjoyable weekend. Great walkable location to the beach and restaurants in PB. Thank you to the hosts!

This house was perfect for the 10 of us family members to spend time together, and the 3 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk was awesome. Every room looked great. The 2 car garage fit our 2 rented full size SUVs. Was a little tight maneuvering in the alley but way better than street parking. A very convenient location for food, liquor, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend this place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding and the house was exactly as pictured with helpful, detailed instructions from the management company. Very clean and well-stocked throughout. We will be back! Side note: The fireplace on the 3rd floor balcony was not working (or maybe just user error).

Had a wonderful family time visiting our Navy son stationed in San Diego. The house was perfect! Great location in a quiet area, close to the beach and clean. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner and thoughtful extras such as beach towels, beach toys were much appreciated. The house was accurately described and in excellent condition. We would highly recommend your property management company. Thank you!

Visited the area with my grown children for a wedding. Great location for the beach, shopping, and places to eat. Exactly as pictured. Would definitely recommend.

This house is spectacular. Perfect location 1 block from the beach. Easy access to grocery and other great restaurants. Highly recommended!

It’s a great house. Had everything you need in it even a wagon with beach chairs and boogie boards for our grandchildren. The doors that open to the back patio are great. Beds were all comfortable. Only con to this house is what everyone else mentioned. Water pressure in showers is low and water temp doesn’t get too hot in showers except in the master shower. Walking distance to everywhere with grocery store really close walking distance. 710 was very responsive when we called. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second one week stay at REED856. Everything was exactly the same as our stay two years ago. Excellent condition. Kitchen fully stocked with every appliance, silverware, etc. ever needed. We will book the beach house again. It is close to the beach, yet just far enough away to be away from the crowds and noise. Perfect location with grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food close by.
