The property was absolutely beautiful and amazing! The landscaping is the first thing we noticed from the outside and once we entered the premises, we were greeted by lush gardens. There are tons of fruits trees and we personally enjoyed eating the acerolas, pomegranates, avocados, star fruit, and even had bananas! The grounds were quite ideal and the outdoor living area made you not want to leave the property. We spent most of our time between the outdoor couches or hammocks, the outdoor kitchen/bar area, and the pool. The architecture of the property itself was quite appealing. I felt like I was in a Dr Seuss-type house because there were no true right-angles; all walls were rounded at the corners. The ACs in the bedrooms worked well, there were no bugs in the house, the decor was simple but just right. There are a couple of things that are noteworthy for any future traveler/s. The host books the rooms based upon the number of guests you have so you may not have the entire house. If your group is 1-2 people, you're assigned 1 room; 3-4 people, 2 rooms, 5-6 people, 3 rooms, 7-8 people, 4 rooms, and 9-10 people, 5 rooms. We had a group of 6 adults and my 3 kids were not there the entire time. I thought we had the entire house. I called Charlie, the host, and explained our situation. He accommodated us with no issues and we paid to have the entire house. So, if you expect to have the entire house, be clear in stating as much. The 2nd thing is extremely minor. We are a Puerto Rican family so we like to cook and when we cook, we almost always use a caldero (large cooking pot). There was no caldero in the house and had to make due. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. My family immensely enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! My aunt (not in attendance) was so impressed by the pictures and videos we shared that she has decided that she would like to stay at La Casona Blanca next year. Lastly, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive and went about their duties without trying to disturb us. I love the fact they greeted us each morning with a "Buen dia" as they passed by us. La Casona Blanca will not disappoint and will meet your every expectation. I didn't even mention the 3rd floor area with it's amazing views of the Caribbean Sea; take in a sunset or sunrise while you're there! Disfruten!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The place is beautiful, even better than the pictures! The house is very well appointed and communication was easy, there was nothing more we could have asked for... we had a great trip but all agreed that “the house made the trip!”

This place was top notch, the details blew us away from the architecture to the amazing gardens, outdoor lighting and the outdoor bar. The views from the balcony were stunning. We chilled out poolside and cooked from the garden everyday.

This wasn’t our first time to stay here . Everything advertised and then more at this lovely home and group of apartments . It’s a nice walk to many of the island’s best restaurants, cocal beach and black sand beach . The owner / host , Charles , is wonderfully responsive and generous . Looking forward to oir bext stay .

The property is beautiful and had just enough rooms for a family of 7. Food vendors are in walking distance of the property. We had the opportunity to tour some of Vieques but weren’t able to tour San Juan and do some activities due to the rainy weather. However, overall the trip was definitely a success, pure relaxation and family love.

The property is beautiful, with many provided amenities. The AC worked great, beds, towels and pillows all in great condition, plenty of dishes for indoor and out, option to rent a car on site, lots of pool floats, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Location offered great views, ample space for groups as well as ability to walk to town. Provided the chance, would stay again!

The vacation property was absolutely perfect for our group. The home and outdoor living spaces are absolutely beautiful. The check-in process was simple and the host was very easy to communicate with. This was our second trip to the island of Vieques and our first stay at this amazing property. Highly recommend booking this home.

I cannot even put into words how amazing our stay and experience was at Charles' home! It is by far the most gorgeous and thoughtful designed home I've ever stayed in. The photos on the listing are great, but they don't do this home justice, as it's even better when you see it in person. I stayed there with my wife, 4 teen kids, and two members of our extended family, and every one of us was blown away when we arrived! Charles actually met us there when we checked in, and he could not have been a more accommodating and responsive host. We would not hesitate to go back, and if you don't end up making plans to stay there yourself, you'll be missing out on an opportunity if a lifetime!

When you first arrive, everything about this property is breathtaking from the third floor views of the ocean and islands to the pool and bar area. The spacious bedrooms gave intimacy and privacy while the common areas are stunning and great for gathering. The location was well within walking distance of restaurants, meeting point for Bio Bay Tours as well as other activities, and Esperanza Beach. While we ventured out to enjoy the island, we could have stayed on property because it was truly beautiful, secure, and accommodating. Charles was fantastic with the booking process and communication throughout. This property is great for large or small groups. We would absolutely recommend staying here as you will not be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, we felt as if we were vacationing at our own private resort. There are so many spots to just relax and enjoy. Charles called me the morning after we arrived to check in with us and give us a little information about the property. To me, this was such a nice welcome. Charles has really thought of everything his guests may need. My husband and I rent through VRBO often and this property was definitely in the top 3. The option to rent a vehicle with the house was so convenient. I hope to return soon.

We had a great stay! This is the nicest and cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. It was immaculate, even nicer than the photos. This property was simply breathtaking. The property was immaculate, private and relaxing. Communication with property owner was stellar and we got the opportunity to meet him in person. He was extremely attentive when we had questions. Highly recommend! And we can't wait to go back next year.

My and my brother's families (including teens/adult kids) stayed at La Casona Blanca for a long weekend and LOVED the house. It was spotlessly clean, had lots of space and beautiful views. We especially loved the pool (perfect temperature), each room having its own bathroom (and a few more common full baths), and the outdoor kitchen and seating area. The house is also really interesting looking and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, wifi worked fine, and we made use of the boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. A++ all around!

Amazing house in good location. Well taken care of and the owner was very responsive and helpful. I really probably the nicest house I’ve ever rented. Hope to do it again.

Our only complaint was a siren noise that came from the main house plumbing at night. We turned on the shower to make it stop and was able to sleep, but before then it was very loud. The owner stated it was pressure built up in the hot water lines. Other than that our stay was perfect.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOUSE!! IT WAS LIVING IN A TRUE PARADISE FOR 4 NIGHTS! IT WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 10, WHICH INCLUDED OUR GRANDKIDS IN THE AGES OF 14, 12 AND 9. WISH WE HAD NOT BOOKED ANOTHER HOUSE IN RINCON...IF NOT, WE WOULD HAVE EXTENDED OUR STAY. CHARLIE ACCOMODATED AND EXCEEDED OUR NEEDS. LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK AGAIN...HOPEFULLY SOON! Title says it all. This place was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Loved the pool, outdoor kitchen, and the top floor bar for sunsets. The location was also great as we were able to walk down to Esperanza for dining and nightlife. 10/10!

It’s close enough to walk to dinner on the Malecon every evening . We are already booked at this property for next year.

We have stayed in Vieques many time and Charles’ property is by far the best place we have stayed. Lots of flexibility with the rooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for group hangs. The pool is gorgeous and the views from the roof can’t be beat! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and not a thing was overlooked. We are already planning our return!!
