Had a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, beautiful decks, peaceful lake with swing right out back! Only real downsides were tons of steps and very slow draining shower in master bathroom. Loved the location too!

My family loved the location of this home! It was close enough to walk to the beach and they have a nice farmers market on the other side of the lake every morning (during the summer). We also appreciated the beach chairs and wagon available for use! The home is very spacious and the beds are comfortable, also there were ample towels available for our stay. I would have loved to give this home 5 stars, but unfortunately the cleanliness could be improved. Simple things such as cleaning vents, ceiling fans, and patio furniture which are all easy corrections with minimal effort. I feel with a better cleaning crew this would be a beautiful property!

The house was nice, but there were definitely some things that could been improved upon. The positives… *Nice Location -close to the beach and boardwalk, but we did rent a golf cart because it was too far to haul all of the beach gear (Sun Fun Rentals!) -nice view of the lake - watched the Thursday fireworks from our deck *Comfy Beds, lots of pillows *Newer washer & dryer for keeping up with laundry *Loved the deck for eating, hanging out, watching fireworks, relaxing, etc *Garage access was appreciated! We had a place to store our beach gear, and we were able to charge/store the golf cart overnight. (We’ve stayed at some properties where the garage was locked. The negatives… *Goose Poop! It was bad! Obviously not the owners fault, but wanted to mention, because we were looking forward to have a yard and walking our dogs around the lake, but couldn’t really enjoy either *Beds -Needed some kind of mattress pad/protector for cleanliness reasons. There was only a fitted sheet -the master bed had a duvet as a comforter, with no cover, which would be fine if the duvet gets washed after ever guest *Dirty rugs- the rugs throughout the house could use a good cleaning or be replace. *Kitchen -no can opener or blender. We had to pry open a can for dinner :/ -a few kitchen towels/washcloths would be nice (only one provided) -there was no icemaker, and only one ice tray, so be prepared to buy ice Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Loved the view, the walk around the lake morning and evening. The house accommodated our family and the well stocked kitchen was a bonus. Slept in a very comfortable bed. Any questions we had Vacasa was so efficient. Definitely will rent from Vacasa in the future.

Loved that we were able to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk and rides!
