Fantastiskt fint hotel. Frukosten superbra, fanns allt. Puben var också super. Rummet var enormt bra och rent och mycket välstädat. Kommer jag till Hannover så vet jag var jag ska bo!
Möjligen att pubens öppettider att sitta ute kunde vara lite längre.

Die Ausstattung war Modern und sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück reichhaltig gedeckt. Sauberkeit war Top und Personal, wenn auch nur wenige Worte gewechselt, gut geschult.
Das Frühstücks-Buffet selbst war etwas chaotisch aufgebaut, die Dusche etwas unpraktisch gebaut so das sich wasser ansammelt und man hätte dieser noch etwas mehr Platz zusprechen können da sie eher auf der schmaleren Seite ist. Der Fernseher war Modern, leider hatte man keine, für uns erkennbaren, möglichkeiten unsere mobilen Geräte mit diesem zu verbinden, ein luxus den ich mittlerweile aus vielen Hotel kenne (Zimmer 414 ). Dazu ist das Hotel zwar nah an der Messe, jedoch gab es nur eine Buslinie wirklich nah dran, und diese war dank Bauarbeiten über die nächste Hauptstraße umgeleitet anstatt nahe am Hotel zu halten, dadurch war das Hotel dann doch etwas weiter weg von den Öffis als gewünscht.

i appreciated the vegan options for breakfast and a good selection of fresh fruit.
there were no dressing gowns and no big towels in the wellness part and it looked a bit like there’re was nobody taking care of that. there were unwashed cups and no clean ones for the water.
I was in the this hotel two days ago and everything was perfect in the sweeping pool area. although them and now I had to report things to be fixed in the rooms (a light switch and a shower holder) - which the staff wrote down.

Location is amazing close to train station and the market center.
Clean , spacious rooms. Very welcoming and helpful team at the reception. The dining experience was amazing, breakfast is super organized and the dinner was really delicious.

Dislike hotels that hold back on escrow (Euro80) as on a long journey with multiple hotels it makes account keeping afterwards a nightmare.

Everything you can expect from a German 4-star hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, nice indoor pool and gym, big breakfast (not excellent on Sundays). Dog-friendly. We chose this as a one night accommodation off-the-highway travelling through Europe and it served our purpose well. Good value for money even if this is not my preferred type of hotel.
Expect big groups of people (we had three coaches) since this is just off the highway to a comparingly good price. Not surprisingly very little to see and do in the area unless you are there for the Hannover Messe.
