The room when we enter the smell smoke the chair are not good condition. The bed sheets not change and their a lot of hair. The towel not white it's color dirty white.the ref are not working not clean. The bath 🛁 very bad

The elevator is very slow and sometimes it will not be working,old sofa in the room, needs to change or upgrade it

Location was ok but guest from night clubs so loud screams feels unsafe.
Level of guests must be optimized with hotels quality.

smart tv was there.. but tv cant connect to the internet..

we couldn’t sleep well coz of the sound coming from the bar till morning even if we are at upper floor

main benefit of that there is metro station very near!
the hotel staff was not good! not at reception, not sweepers! all were very egoistic
