The room was clean and nice.

We arrived after hours and had to wait outside the hotel for a while after calling the phone for someone to come check us in. Our neighbors spent all night screaming at each other.

pretty much everything, the website had misleading descriptions of the room and beds. Staff wasn't very helpful with answering questions or anything else.

the no smoking policy was not enforced..the smell of pot and cigarette smoke on our floor was unfortunate. the hotel is very clean..after 10 there is no one to call at the front desk, they pull down a barrier (like a garage door) across the desk. I had to call to find out about how to check out. no information was given at time of arrival. I think if you arrive late you are in trouble..no one is around.

It was a convenient location for us. We had easy access to downtown and the Meijer Gardens. There were stores nearby where we could buy food and items we needed for the residential-style focus of this hotel.

There was only one pillow each provided in the room and no more were available. That may be due to the residential-style focus of the hotel.
