beautiful old building and rooms in a central location and good service.

tight fit to get the bikes into the room but apart from that small thing the place was perfect and it was great value for money.

very easy and great communication to Stefano! the apartment was clean, super central located, big and had what we needed for a family. parking of cars is not the best but acceptable if you think about the place in a old town like Lucca. so outside parking is required. all in all great for a trip to Lucca

Location is really central. The room had everything you need. There were even little snacks and the option for tea or coffee.

As it is super central, it could be a little noisy at night. But with the windows closed, it is no problem.

Location excellent - in historic centre . Great coffee machine available for guests. Great quality pristine white guest towels. Secure access . Excellent communication pre-trip by host - directions, keys etc. Superb breakfast choices close by

This is the best place! Not only is the room spacious and clean, but it's in a wonderful location to everything in Lucca. The amenities are over the top. There's a cute water and cup service in the room and an automatic coffee dispenser in the lounge that makes Americanos, Expresso, cappuccino and most any coffee style. The kitchen is nice(I didn't use it) but would be great to prep a quick meal. I highly recommend the the Residenza Centro Storico for your stay in Lucca!

Gorgeous, spacious room in a historic building right in the center of town. Kind hosts were great at communicating and helpful in storing our bags. Thoughtful extras like snacks and water. Comfy bed, good shower, nice lighting... really great value for the money.

They don't promise breakfast so I did not expect anything. There was free coffee but it was not good... not really a complaint because it was a generous extra, but mediocre coffee is always unfortunate in my book!

staff were so friendly and accommodating. the room was very nice, and the nice kitchen and coffee area made me feel like home.

Automatic lighting very annoying. There was not enoughseating in the dining room. No bins in the room except a tiny one in the bathroom. A bit irritating.

Inner bedroom little bit stuffy as no access to a window. People using main bedroom needing to walk through inner bedroom to bathroom .

Residenza Centro Storico is in the heart of the historical center of Lucca. It's a wonderful place, from where you can start visiting the Puccini Museum, the Doumo or one of the old beautiful churches. Even the Palazzo Pfanner is just a few footsteps away. Stefano is really a very friendly host. My room had everything I needed, and more than I expected. I felt really comfortable. Thanks a lot!

Great central location, good restaurants and grocery shop very local. Great room, very comfortable. Nice modern bathroom. Very friendly and helpful owners. Full kitchen available for use if wanted. Looked after my bag while I explored town after I checked out (evening flight) - thank you :)

Could hear some noises from other rooms. Didn't stop me sleeping for 9+ hours though!
