Very clean and well managed property within walking distance from the beach. City and ocean view. Secure parking.

Tasteful decor, clean and minimalist feeling. Beautiful views to sea and Lion's Head. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.

All was good and in order.

Location. It’s new, clean and pretty basic. Had a nice balcony off the rooms with great view.

Bedroom very tiny. Not enough shelves. Bathroom was so small could barely move. Not enough shelves for toiletries. No tissues. Very little supplies.

The room is nice and clean. The view is fantastic!! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. This place is very convenient to groceries and restaurants. I have nothing to complain. It was a very nice experience in staying in this property.

There is no breakfast provided for the stay. However, it is very close to many nice brunch places. The property is very nice. But you just need to keep in mind that they have no backup generator, so you might need to prepare portable chargers for your phones and electronics if load shedding is in place. Also, this building is only for 1 room or studio, so if you come with a big family, it might not meet your needs.

The accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The room was very comfortable and modern and had all the facilities that we required. It is situated in a fantastic location and is close to everything, and is very secure. The room has a stunning view of both the sea and Lions Head Mountain. It made our stay in Cape Town very enjoyable. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfectly situated, great coffee shop nearby called stepbrothers, very friendly, and always available. Beautiful facility, had everything I needed, and even a view of the ocean.

De locatie was top. Op loopafstand van de winkels en restaurants. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Ondanks de nationale feestdagen toch schone handdoeken ontvangen. Uitzicht op zee en de Lionshead. Ik zou hier zeker weer terugkomen!

They dont put their address on their website or on bookings.com and if you will check in after 18:00, no one will answer your phone to give directions. I personally doubt if this property exists. Travellers must be careful when booking this property. You don’t want to loose money the way I did.

Honestly everything! How peaceful it was, so quiet and the staff-WOW! They were professional, polite and very well groomed. We also liked the fact that they use less odor when coming to cleaning product. I hate smells of chemicals, they just give me headaches but the property was the best as it has no weird chemical odors and not only the in the room, even the wallways were super clean and odorless. Gooooooosh the staff! Amazing crew!!!! Angela the front desk associate, Mmaletsatsi and Violet the room quality attendants were magics! They know what they are doing. For those that I didn't not mention is because I was not able to get their names but still, they were supernovas too!!!! The front desk associate who offer to bring our groceries to the room once delivered to the main entrance so that we don't get to wait for too long at the lobby, thank you kindly for caring. The 2 overnight gentlemen at the front desk, so well mannered and professional - They always greet with glowing smiles.

Loadshediing- For those who don't get what is loadshediing, - this is when electricity leaves Capetown to another planet-LOL!!! it's not that bad and it's not the property's fault at all. And remember, it was happening everywhere not only in Casa. However the associates are really good at providing the the times on when electricity/power will leave planet earth to travel to Mars for couple hrs(roughly 2 hrs 3 times a day) so that you can be able to plan your day accordingly. During our stay, the times were 4am-we were not affected as we were still snoring, 12pm and 8pm but times do changes depending on municipality/Electricity schedule.

The location was ideal and the apartment was beautiful

The towels and matress were of cheap quality. The parking is a nightmare regarding sizing of parking. The aircon did not work properly or is of cheap quality. We did not receive basic things such as hand soap in bathroom even though a dispenser was available

Loadshedding

We loved the location, the design of the apartment, the view, the amenities - actually everything! The employees were very friendly and helpful. The building is very secure, it has 24 hours security and surveillance. There's an indoor garage, where we could park our car safely. We would definitely recommend this place and we're already looking forward to staying there again!

The location is perfect, close to Sea Point with a lot of coffee spots and restaurants as well as close to the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton’s. The apartment is well equipped and has a modern style. The Area is safe and secured, it comes with an underground parking, so no worries about parking our the safety of your car.

Honestly, there was nothing to complain. Maybe they could have this kind of batteries to cover electricity shortage, but it was no issue for us.
