Great breakfast, lovely view, great location, our host was really nice and made our stay really great. The pool and view was awesome. We can only recommend this Villa (car would be advisable since it is in this beautiful location a bit outside, however the next village is very near).

staff very unfriendly, quality of the breakfast is appalling, internet connection not existing, room facility less than basic, room wan never cleaned during our 5 nights stay but only beds made up, no fresh sheets, no fresh towels. The owner is very unpolite and he will not hide it. He will make you feel unwelcome. The way he answers any question sounds like he is telling you off. He has absolutely no manners. On arrival (midnight), instead of allowing us to park in front of the hotel to unload, he sent us to the car park, about 150meter of country road away from the hotel. Bags could not be rolled but had to be carried as the road is unpaved. Breakfast is a collection of the cheapest and scrappiest food they find locally. It is the same day after day, after day. I would not be surprised it is recycled. There is basically no internet. You will be watching at a blank screen on your phone hoping that the signal would magically be received but it won't so we gave up. If you can't even connect to your home page forget about working from there! The room and bathroom were never cleaned, we could tell from the accumulated dust on the floor, the scale accumulated on the sink and shower during the 5 days we were there. They will simply make the bed without changing the sheets for the all week. No air conditioning but just an old floor standing fan to survive the hot Italian nights. Forget about having ice to cool out your boiling drinks as the room has not fridge. They don't provide it. They don't provide anything. Thank you Villa Sant'Uberto, unforgettable stay!

Country house located in the countryside and near Castellina di Chianti. Stunning view from the terrace. Large swimming pool but cold. We spotted some wildlife. Awesome and huge breakfast served on the terrace. Very clean rooms. I suggest you have dinner in Castellina du Chianti.

Extremely noisy bedroom with no soundproofing. Impression to sleep with the neighbour. Very military organisation with authoritarian manager. Many rules to follow on the area. I had the impression to disturb her anytime. Restaurant nearby closed. Drive to Castellina for better choice.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The rooms were nice and spacious and there was a lot of different places on the property where you were able to sit and relax. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location and views were fantastic!

Beautiful villa in the hills with a spectacular view. We booked a room and got a nice apartment with kitchen. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.

The bed was a bit bumpy, when one person turned the other one jumped in the night.

Very beautiful, relaxing, nice view.... loved everything about it! The room also smelled really nice upon arrival. Nice big pool. The lady behind the reception was very friendly and nice! Would recommend and go back :)

Everything was perfect.

Big house, including apartments and rooms. We stayed in one of the apartments. Very outdated, everything was fine but do not expect too much of it. Also swimming pool has (typical Italian) fence around it.. location is great and nice view. Cute village with nice restaurants. Car is a must. Lovely host.

Outside patio is not covered. When it rains you have to stay inside (which is not that cosy). Great swimming pool but fence around it. Outdated. Do not expect any luxury.
