Entering the car park was tight and on a busy road. Curtains not sufficient to block out daylight.

Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist wunderbar

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht und es waren nur 2 Betten bezogen. Der Balkon war nicht so schön da die Holzpaneele zum Teil locker waren und grün von Algen besetzt. Man musste auch aufpassen da die Dachziegel über uns schon aussahen als würden sie bald runterrutschen. Mein Mann ist Dachdecker das geht gar nicht. In der Küche die Wand hat Risse. Sehr unschön.

Es war nicht bekannt das der Stadtteil offensichtlich nicht der beste ist. Der Parkplatz war winzig. Die Wohnung mit schmutzigen, teilweise abgerissenen Gardinen. Winzige Küche ohne Spülmaschine. Reste vom Vormieter oder wem auch immer im Kühlfach. Wenn wir nicht so müde gewesen wären hätte ich eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Und das alles für 200 Euro die Nacht... Unglaublich

Groot en nieuw+smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg netjes en schoon. Fijn dat je de auto op het terrein kunt parkeren. De directe omgeving van het appartement is niet bijzonder, maar in 10-15 minuten loop je naar de binnenstad.

We waren er maar voor 1 nachtje (op doorreis). Er viel niet echt iets tegen.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet.

Nice location very close to city center. Breakfast not included, as expected😀. You can walk all around the innercity from the property. All you need is around the corner. The balcony is located inside the apartment building and is quiet and calm.

Nothing special. If you Come with card you should pay close attention to the instructions from the owner how to get to the property. Also look at the picture.

It was very easy to book and pay for the property, and all detail was handed over easy. Also a direct communication with the property owner was excellent. With recommendations for our stay in Osnabruck. The flat was neat and clean with all you need for your stay. Plus for coffe maker and water boiler!

Since we stayed at a very warm period in Osnabruck it was hot both indoors and outdoors. There is no cooling in the rooms. It wasn’t any big deal for us.
