Convenient for stop off as next to major road.reasonsbly priced for food and drinks, staff pleasant and helpful.

Great room, restaurant was good. Cafe bar was open all day. Must be good it has a steady stream of locals.Great staff very helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough.Great for the dog.

It's a bit out of the town

Location was very close to main route so very easy to reach. Car parking was excellent plenty of space for everyone. Nice outside tables and chairs.

Restaurant opens late about 8:30 in the evening so we had to eat dinner very late and would have been easier for us to eat earlier. There were snacka and pastries available in the cafe/bar area.

We chose this hotel for the price but with hindsight probably would have picked something more central. To visit Calahorra we had to take the car and there is no clear exit from the hotel in the direction of Calahorra. You have to go away from the town and then go back on yourself or commit a traffic infraction. The room was small and not much room for luggage so a long stay would be uncomfortable but I don't think the hotel is meant for long stays anyway. It is right next to a petrol station and probably meant more for long distance lorry drivers. There are lots of these in the parking lot. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. The room was also very clean and the WiFi was free and with good coverage. We slept very very well and for this reason would not rule out another stay if we were visiting Calahorra again.

Our room was directly above the restaurant and being near Christmas there were various parties in the evening. One night the party went on into the early hours of the morning and we could hear noise from the partygoers and from the music. Not good. Luckily the beds were extremely comfortable and we are used to getting to sleep during fiestas. We did not take advantage of buffet breakfast as we do not usually breakfast heavy and these breakfasts are not usually value for money. Instead we had breakfast in the bar but the muffin was stale. We ate in the restaurant the first day but were not impressed either. The steak was good but undercooked and when asked for it to be well done, it was returned in the same state as before. The dessert was also lacking. Would not eat here again.
