La amabilidad y atención del personal. Incluso tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la cena, y se mostraron muy atentas y solucionaron de la mejor manera posible.
Cuando reservé no vi opción de parking en el mismo edificio, aunque luego sí que vi que había ascensor hasta la planta de parking. Hay un parking cercano que soluciona bien, pero combinar diciembre e intemperie tampoco es lo ideal

La calle donde está ubicado el hotel es tranquila y está muy cerca del centro de León. La habitación cómoda y suficiente en dimensiones. El desayuno muy bueno y variado

Not clean: the room had apparently been only partially cleaned and one of the towels was visibly dirty

Facilities are great and same as the photos. Especially i had a good information for looking around for Leon from the reception, Silvia. My friend and I enjoyed and more than satisfied to have a night there, and impressed by the kind and generous reception. Oh, also the breakfast was fantastic!
Nothing really, but the price when i booked was over 100 euro, now its only 50 euro. I understand but still there is too much gap.

The living space has a very strange layout with a very large dining table between the tv and sofa.

Very good choice near Leon center, yet not in the most busy old city. 15 min walk to Leon cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff and speaking good english (!). Very good breakfast.
shower was a bit tricky to regulate. Parking - you need to get to the reception first and they give you detailed instructions how to park nearby for a few EUR per day. Do not try to park just next to the hotel- it is bound to 2 hours.

We had one room for three adults walking the Camino Frances:
Good localisation.
The room was big with good light and a fine bathroom.
The beds were comfortable.
