Cute and pretty comfortable place to stay. Parking and getting your bags up to the unit can be somewhat of a challenge if you have more than an overnight bag. (We were on a 10 trip with 2 days at this spot, so we had 2 roller bags). Great location, close to everything in Golden. Quick drive to Red Rocks.

This apartment is right in Golden- perfect location. Very well appointed. Very convenient to have the kitchen.
Great for four people. Not for six like we had. The pullout couch is so uncomfortable with springs and bars in your back that it’s not usable. Comes with four towels even when you book for six. Requested more towels but no response.

This is a great place to stay in a really nice part of town, however, it is on a busy street that is quite noisy especially in the morning. We have stayed in this location 2 times and would stay there again, but the noise definitely seemed to be worse this time than in the past.

Great property. We stayed with our adult children. Something for everyone in downtown Golden. We parked in the parking garage across the street and some days never used the car. The kitchen was nice and perfect for breakfast and light lunch. But with so many restaurants steps away, we ate dinner out every night. Had a very new and modern feel. Also felt very safe and secure.

The property is fully equipped with everything one would need in a property, the check in was easy to follow. The property location is right in the heart of town and everything is easily walkable from the unit.
The unit was very clean and the communication was proactive throughout our stay. Hope to stay again soon.

The property is above a business right downtown, which was great for us wandering around the town, river and up to Colorado School of Mines campus (we were here to visit our son). The apartment was very clean and well-appointed, a nice kitchen which we used for breakfasts and occasional lunches (when we weren't out exploring!) Beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was typical, but didn't have blankets and several attempts to get some through the contact people was unsuccessful. We made do with throws and cozy pj's.It was very nice to have 2 baths and laundry facilities. The only drawback was that we could often hear music from the business downstairs late at night/early morning. It wasn't loud enough to be a major problem, but it was definitely there.

In town to visit my son at Colorado School of Mines. This condo is beautiful, looks just like the photos and in a terrific location. There is some noise from the outside when in the bedrooms from the main street and restaurant below but not late into the night. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and loved that they had coffee available. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wedding at The Rose just down the street so this was a great location to stay. Having two bathrooms was a big plus and the kitchen had everything we needed.The bedrooms are above a busy street for cars and pedestrians and the noise can go late into the night but if you have the windows closed it is pretty quiet.

This place was magical. Highly highly recommend staying here. It’s the perfect location. It so modern and cute and clean inside. We stayed here for the night of our wedding and it was so perfect! The only two things to note is water in the shower takes a minute to warm up and the heat/ac is locked and we got a little chilly during the day. Would absolutely stay here again such a Golden gem!

Clean, convenient, comfortable. However, as others have commented, the bedroom window shades (facing east) are minimal. So if morning sun isn't your thing, bring an eye mask. BTW, the shades are equally ineffective at night, i.e. provide little privacy.

Wonderful apartment right in the heart of downtown Golden! Everything was all new! Wonderful, construction and interior decorating. Would recommend!! Note there are about 25 stairs to get up to the apartment level.

What a great spot to stay. Clean and new. Right on the main street with tons of options within walking distance.

We were a little hesitant as we pulled up as there is construction happening below the unit but we didn’t hear a thing! Unit was very clean and you just can’t beat the location. Was perfect for our family to enjoy tubing on the river and walking around downtown. If you’re sensitive to light, the shades in the bedrooms don’t block out sun well so I’d recommend an eye covering but nothing that would deter me from staying again.
Of note, we had a slight hiccup with check in and AC (previous renter left the thermostat at 40 degrees!) but the property management team was very apologetic and all was resolved. Management team was highly responsive during our stay.
