We very much liked the location of the Hotel. Staff were very nice,it was very clean, The Chiringuito on the beach was very nice for us, and the sunbeds good value for money.

The safe in the room could have been better placed, also there could have been more wardrobe space,although there were plenty Hangers for our clothes.

Nicely located at the beach, low-key coastal area. No big buildings etc. Descent breakfast *ask for (free) fresh coffee from the bar as the coffee from the machine is very poor. Nice bathroom. Clean. Friendlt staff

The room. We were in the back of the hotel, next to a very noisy street. The 4 person rooms are surely not what they look like in the booking.com pics. It was in fact a small 2 person room with two very uncomfortable small extra beds (one camping bed and a very hard, converted sofa). We paid for the 4 p room, thiugh. My children hardly slept, so neither did we:) Dinner - we took half-board- is rather inexpensive but plain. I would advice to eat somewhere in town

The hotel caters to ambient disabled people, which a lot of hotels get wrong. Walk in shower, spacious room, and ramps for easy access to every part of the hotel. I'm really impressed. Breakfast had a lot of choice, clean hotel throughout, room was comfortable with a good size balcony and the location being right on the beach is perfect. Staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, or professional. Good value for money.

Nothing, but parking your car might be a challenge if the resort and hotel is busy in the height of summer.

Staff, from reception to maintenance were good and friendly. Breakfast excellent, although cooked could be hotter. But good choice of food. Location was great. 2 minutes from sea & choice of local bars, restaurants. Good WiFi, free parking We drove down for 6 hours for a cruise from Malaga & I think we were very lucky with the choice we made for a 2 night break before we boarded.

We loved this hotel, and seriously would be happy to live there! I can't say enough good about it, this is just the kind of place we love - helpful, clean, efficient and right on the beach. All the conveniences but an electric kettle for the room, and I know that hotels that want to sell you breakfast just don't give you a kettle. We did have a small fridge, and they even give beach towels for no charge (if you use the same one for 3 days or more). The hotel reserves a few rows of sun loungers for hotel guests, though this is for a small daily charge. The ladies in reception helped us with everything from renting a car for our trip to Caminito del Rey to knowing where to shop for local wines, where to eat decent Asian food, and taking care of housekeeping issues like a blocked shower drain. We had the absolute dream stay in Rincon Sol!

Really, given an electric kettle I would be living there right now! Everything was better than I could have imagined.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the promenade with very easy access to walks, restaurants, cafes and the town. The rooms are very nice, with a walk in shower. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff are excellent and very helpful.

Everything! The staff were exceptional, particularly the 2 really friendly and helpful ladies on reception. The location, metres from the beach was fabulous with many restaurants and bars nearby.

The staff were wonderful, I asked to change to a less noisy room as there are bars just under the first floor seaside room and I was given a new room for the following night.The seaside views were nice.

There was sand that appeared in the shower after first use (not mine). In the second quieter room, I found the soap dispenser on the floor behind the sink. I also awoke to hundreds of ants that somehow entered onto the desk where I had a glass of coca cola, although the balcony door on the 4th floor was closed. Wifi never worked properly. Beds uncomfortable and older pillows smelled of sweat. Management did not offer any economic compensation after asking for a refund.
