We celebrated our daughter’s 21st bday with 4 of her friends and this house was perfect for our group. The bedroom and bathroom situation is perfect. The 2nd floor are all en-suite’s… the loft is as well, but no door to that room (which is fine)… and the main floor bathroom works well for the bedroom on that floor.
The beach is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. We would drive to Law beach, drop all the stuff and find a parking spot close. This beach is great… showers and bathrooms.
The house had everything we needed. Well equipped. Internet was great. Close to food spots and a local grocery store.

Overall our stay was very good. The house is spacious and had enough rooms and bathrooms for our group. The neighborhood is nice and it is about a 10 minute walk to the surf beach - a bit further to get closer to bars and restaurants on the boardwalk. The only issue was the first floor bedroom didn’t have an attached bathroom. There is a bathroom in the first floor with a shower, but it’s unattached. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The home was very well done.

The house was beautiful, clean, great indoor and outdoor space. It was just as represented in the listing. Convenient location to grocery and restaurants. Easy to walk to many locations. Having the garage for 1 vehicle was nice as street parking was hard to find.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sapphire Retreat! The house is clean, modern, had plenty of dishes & cookware for our needs, & comfortable beds. We loved the rooftop lounge and firepit with views of the San Diego bay and ocean. Great pics at sunset! A great coffee shop, grocery store & gas station are within walking distance. You can walk to the beach & downtown Pacific Beach. We highly recommend this house if you are looking for a great place to stay in Pacific Beach!

We were a group of 5 guests who met in San Diego and enjoyed this property greatly. It's location was central to the many activities we visited downtown, in Encinitas & La Jolla and access to the garage was helpful. The numerous en suite bedrooms were enjoyed by all, as was the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen in the property. We highly recommend this property and the management company.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Overall our stay went great. The only complaint is squeaky floors and thin walls, so noise was a bit of an issue with children sleeping. But I would stay here again!

We stayed with a group of 7 for 5 nights. The house is very clean and well appointed. The location is great. It is very close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything to cook and entertain a large group. The neighborhood is quiet. I would recommend this house to anyone!

This house was fantastic for our group of 10. It was so nice that there were 5 bathrooms, made it so easy to get ready. It was close to the beach and less than 30 min from everything we wanted to do. Parking is a bit tough in the area so I would recommend taking only 2 vehicles.

We had an amazing experience at this property. All the rooms were spacious and cozy. The management team was excellent, and they got back to us immediately with any questions we had. House had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again. The location was great - so close to the beach and in a charming area.

We had a wonderful stay at 853 Sapphire. Very comfortable for our group of 7. Perfect for cooking meals when we wanted and a great location for going out too. Super convenient to the beach and walkway. Gonna miss those long morning walks!

This home is beautiful - close to the water, quiet street, top-tier appliances, super-comfortable beds, and so much more.
Check-in was easy, and any texts to the owner were answered quickly. It was well worth the price and would definitely stay there again.
