visited the hotel during the summer and it was excellent, with air conditioning with good cooling, an outdoor swimming pool, and a good breakfast, but on the current visit on December 2, with a cold of 11 degrees at night, the heating in the rooms does not work, the outer wall in the room is all glass and I was very cold, the receptionist man explained to me Since it's still hot during the day, they don't switch the heating system on at night despite the low temperature, that's why I recommend the hotel in the summer, but I suffered a lot this season, I moved to the hotel Another where there was heating at night and a heated pool which was not in this hotel.

The room was very modern with new technology.
Plus:
- Central location.
- Modern up-to-date room.
- Big breakfast buffe.
- Nice rooftop terrass.
Negative:
- No parking available at hotel and really difficult to find available spots at the public parking in the area.
- The bed was too firm/hard and too narrow.
- Sound isolation. Noice from corridor and other rooms was heard in my room.

The stay was nice and by far one of the best included breakfasts I have ever been offered on stays. The pool was quite small and didn't accomodate for many. Additionally, it was stated no children were to stay in the hotel however there were multiple families present during our stay. The room was nice, but very small to relax in and felt quite cramped for a couple.

The hotel is in the city center and faces the main street.
There is a noise of cars that can be heard up to the room.
The lobby includes the entrance desk and the seating area as well as a drinks bar, which causes ambient noise for those present.
In a clean and well-kept place with smart remotes on the electrical switches.

The service is so so. The room was not very clean in my opinion. The air condition never brought the temperature down to 21 Celsius even I set that to 18 all the time, and the AC stopped in the middle of the night for the whole 7 nights I stayed.
The shower area is very small. I scratched my elbow at once when I turned. The room I book was having the ocean view but theh gave me the room on the 3rd floor, the columns outside of the window also blocked the view, its equivalent to no view room.
The rooftop pool is very small too, for 5 people maybe simultaneously in it. The food at the rooftop bar was alright. The breakfast buffet was great, many choices.

The room was clean and modern but they are vary compact. There was not much room to move around. To open the cupboards was a squeeze as they are so close to the bed, and there was hardly any room for a iron board.
It would be ok for a quick solo business trip but not for a holiday.
The plugs were UK sockets but all the appliances (iron, hairdryer) were EU so they didnt work in the sockets.

I was booked into a room without a window to the outside. The front desk could not resolve the issue and tried to upsell an upgrade instead. Unprofessional. Will never stay there again.

Excellent stay. Not a resort hotel but was perfect for a business stay or city break, with an opportunity to enjoy the small but lovely pool and amenities. Walking distance to all amenities and the old town. Directly across from the sea walk and close to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was large with options to cater for all tastes.

Rooms are tiny, but comfortable overall.
Gym and sauna are tiny, especially for this number of rooms.
A few things could be improved: central heating must be complemented with AC when room temperature gets to 26C. Very noisy street and no way to insulate from it.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast! The only problem was that the people in the room connecting to ours were smoking and the smell was very intense (we could smell it even outside on the corridor). The hotel manager sincerly apologized and even told us we could get a free upgrade on our next stay!

Our check-in was delayed 3 hours but the manager compensated with late checkout. We really appreciated this because we had extra time, but if we had needed to check out earlier it would not have been a fair compensation.

Newly refurbished, clean and modern hotel located across the road from Molos seafront. From the start of my stay, I found the reception staff to be very welcoming and friendly.
The single room is comfortable with all necessary amenities available. However, sound proofing was a small issue, as I could hear people talking from outside at night from the corridors.
Another downfall (which I would say is the main inconvenience) is the absence of dedicated hotel parking, but I appreciate that the hotel offers a valet service to combat this!
Last but not least, the breakfast was incredibly tasty with a huge variety to cater to everyone! Definitely the highlight of my stay. In general, all staff were very friendly, smiling and welcoming! Overall, a very pleasant stay.
