My family and I spent Christmas time there, we really enjoyed. My only concern was about the pool temperature. I wasn't told by Vrb or Evolve that I had to pay and extra fee to get the water a little bit warm and that I had to ask for it a few days ago. We barely use the pool because the water was so cold.

The house was a perfect weekend away to celebrate my husbands birthday and much needed! Pictures do not do it justice! The pool room is large with so many different seating options and goes out to a large deck that overlooks the water. It was perfect for relaxing, playing games, and cooking for a crowd!

The house was spacious, clean, with a beautiful indoor pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Spacious dining table for our family to gather. Lot of outdoor seating and nice little river in back that the kids enjoyed fishing in. Close to a small town with putt putt, shops, restaurants and grocery stores if needed. You will need to bring your own hair dryer since none supplied. Also very few pantry items supplied so pack it all if you plan on cooking so you don’t have to buy it all when you get there. My only real disappointment was how the pricing was handled. I booked in the midst of a property change and was charged more than I originally booked for and also more than was on the listing after I had booked. Was not happy with that at all but the house is lovely.

We had a staycation in Vermillion over spring break. The house was great, clean and had all the amenities you need. We left the house and did a few “activities” with the kids but could have spent the whole time there in the pool. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. The adults loved the bar area and hot tub. Could use one more TV in one of the bed rooms (so the kids could watch their shows and we could enjoy the NCAA basketball games during March madness). Overall 5 out of 5 stars.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. Can't say enough about this property. So beautiful and such a wonderful opportunity for a quick getaway. The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing. We also had some nice visits to downtown Vermilion and Huron. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Property is located in a quaint marina in a more remote area, a 3 to 5 minute drive from downtown. This home has a very nice first floor bedroom, a step down den, an upstairs with 3 BRs, and a large pool room with a hot tub. My wife and I and another couple had an unbelievably relaxing time here, both in the pool area as well as outside on the deck overlooking the water. We highly recommend this home for any variety of experiences....it is versatile and accommodating for any number of celebratory occasions.....or just simple relaxation

Pictures does this property no justice. It’s absolutely beautiful. It was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The street is quiet and peaceful. The pool was a wonderful addition.

Beautiful home, kids loved the pool, plenty do in the area, fishing, boating, great places to eat. We had a great time at the various bars around town. We'd love to do it again if Sherrie would have us.

Clean and comfortable home with plenty of room. The pool and spa area had a good supply of towels and even some additional pool toys. Several places to relax on the patio areas out back by the canal. Easy access to the Vermilion River an Lake Erie by boat through the canal. A beautiful, quite neighborhood with very friendly neighbors.

Great place to stay Driveway is not RV friendly We loved it there

We truly enjoyed ourselves!! The house was great and amenities are amazing! We had our own boats and the dock was great! We did a lot of fishing and every worked great to clean fish and all… the pool was great and the hot tub was above and beyond great! Thank you for the nice place and we enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Had the best time at this house for our staycation. The home is absolutely beautiful and super clean. It is tastefully decorated and very homey feeling. My family and I especially enjoyed the pool area and outdoor decks. The location is wonderful as well. It is about a 5 minute drive to Main Street. The neighborhood is quiet. Our only complaint was that the pool water would have been more enjoyable if it was a bit warmer.
