Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Backyard was comfortable. Spacious condo and lots of space for more than one family. Bunk beds are roomy for 6 children/adults. We enjoyed the large family room/kitchen also. Beds were all comfortable.

This property is perfect for any gathering.. everything is just as listed and the property manager is a dream to work with! Extremely prompt and friendly… communication was clear and sooooo professional. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We loved the home! It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Everything was extremely clean and fresh, it was easy to access the home. We appreciated all of the games and activities to do within the home, too. We'd stay again! Our recommendations would be: fix the really irritating clicking fan in the main floor bedroom. There are no screens on any windows which is very dangerous for children on 2nd level and would be really nice to be able to open windows occasionally. Main floor bedroom window was very, very broken, which we were told about in advance of our stay. Main floor bedroom bed frame is very squeaky and mattress is way too soft for most people. It would be great if there was also a regular coffee maker, but we appreciated the Keurig and that there were some coffee pods there. Also appreciated the seasonings, games, laundry, etc. Really a great home!

This place was comfortable, clean, and such a fun place to stay. Having a good mix of all ages staying it was nice to have the hot tub, ping pong table, and other games to play. It was very clean. It also is located in a great spot. I'm glad we were able to stay here!

Clean and as advertised

My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children to attend the wedding of our oldest. The home was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool/lazy river, fitness room, and hot tub at the unit and all were great. We had one minor issue when we arrived (burnt out lightbulb in the master bath) and it was promptly addressed. As others have mentioned, it’s unfortunate that the arcade game doesn’t work (why not either fix it or remove it) but I have no complaints about our stay. Location was perfect, as well.

20 min from Zion and 20 min to St George makes this a great location for exploring the area. This condo is virtually brand new and professionally managed. The maintenance person for the hot tub came twice during our stay for a standard check up which was great! it was just my wife and I so the place was way larger than we needed but it was such a value I could not pass it up. if you have a family with several kids this place is perfect with foosball, a ping pong table and Xbox to keep the kids busy all night.

The home was nice with very spacious bedrooms. The check in and check out process was easy. The only thing we were bummed about was that we couldn’t get the arcade game to work.

Everything was as shown in the pictures the only detail that the barbecue grill was dirty but other than that we loved it

Loved the size of the property and neighborhood. Everything was clean and in good condition. Kids loved the lazy river at club house and ping pong table on property.

This place ruined me for anywhere else. We never wanted to leave. Gorgeous decor, hours of fun with fooseball pin pong & games, and brand new everything. The hottub was fantastic. The pool area feels like a beach resort. We rent a lot and nothing will compare to this place for us. Just the break we needed!

Loved the location and spacious rooms! Excellent communication with the owner and we had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Would absolutely come back.

The house was great with lots of wonderful space. LOVED the pool and accommodations there. We used that a lot for the 3 days of our family reunion. Easy and convenient check out!
