An excellent well kept warm house in a quiet part of Lancaster within easy walking distance of the town centre, very well equipped kitchen with essentials supplied by the householder.the beds were super comfortable and everything was extremely clean and well looked after, it was great that we were met at the property and shown around by the friendly owner. Thank you for a great stay.

Nothing to fault! 10 out of 10!

The location was good. It was quiet and parking was not a problem.

There was no microwave. I would prefer a thinner pillow.

Place was lovely lots of unexpected but very useful extras provided. Host was really welcoming. Gave us lots of local information for visits, sightseeing etc. Very nice lady

It was quiet, close to town and really comfortable. Stuart was great at welcoming us.

it is close to town centre, bus station and railway station. it is very comfortable and quiet. lovely well equipped kitchen.

the shower could do with an upgrade as it takes a while to get the temperature constant.

Clean, comfortable accommodation. We stayed for 2 nights while working in the area, communication from the host was great. The fruit, snacks and water were a welcome treat along with the tea/coffee making facilities. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
