Nice staff. Everything was very clean and new.

Room was clean and staff were accommodating. I had a short stay because I finished work early and had a midnight flight so needed a shower and a rest and this was everything I needed.

Communication was a little difficult as I do not speak Italian. It would be nice to have some updated standard communication like how (taxi/Shuttle) to get there from the airport etc. A dedicated txt line would be nice that you can use google translate to communicate with. I was asked to email but that didn't work too well.

Kind (almost English speaking) staff, nice room and bathroom. cute little garden lounge.

The location was very difficult to work with. Not possible to go to the beach/harbor. Every road was a one-way street and gates to the habor were locked so you could not go there by foot either. Long distance to supermarket. You need a car and very good italian deiving skills to go there.

Friendly atmosphere, very clean, big balcony (for three rooms together), nice terrace with partially shade, parkings, close to the sea when having a car. Go to SS16 exit D and follow the little street to the seaside, then left.

Some more breakfast , for Germans only..😆, Two more chairs for the little table on the Balcony (if I had found some I had bought and left them there). The mainroad between the house and the sea (but you have a car anyway..)

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Safe parking.

Neither of the bedside lights worked. The light on the balcony didn't work. There was no furniture on the balcony. There was nowhere to get a drink or any food. There is nothing close by. There was no glass in the bathroom so I couldn't rinse my mouth after cleaning my teeth or taking pills. There was no staff to check in.

The property is fenced and locked, so you don’t have to worry about kid running out.The garden is beautiful, there is a playground and outdoor toys. You get your breakfast under the lemon tree. The hosts are super friendly and use translator to communicate in English. The rooms were very clean. The location may be uncomfortable for some, but it’s a good option when you want to be little bit out of the Bari center but don’t use a car - the bus stops almost under the door of the building.

Host was lovely and modern clean rooms. The bus to Bari stops 3min from the house, perfect.

If you are there for the beach, this is not the place.

As a man for me the breakfeast was nothing. 1 croassan. 1 bread, 1 coffe . it was enough to get into city and buy a proper breakfeast :D The Wifi signal in our room was terrible. dropped the signal . In the shower every day around 1-2am some water comes out from shower and my wife got scared of the sound at first.

The property is nowhere near local shops and most obviously there was no complimentary water nor was there tea or coffee making facilities. No staff on hand to help for any needs, the room had some cable running down from the room upstairs across the balcony, amongst other signs of obvious fatigued storage ideas. The blinds in the bathroom didn’t shut properly, despite the street light outside. The soaps (a single 10ml shower gel for a week?!) was not replenished as required, and the room was completely forgotten about to be cleaned for the last 48 hours. Bed remained unmade. Bathroom not cleaned. All signs of poor hospitality mindset. The breakfast - which is supposed to be within the price on their own business cards - was extra and consisted ONLY coffee and a croissant! A bed and breakfast without adequate breakfast. Disgraceful. I am absolutely not exaggerating. The front of the building had permanent collection of dustbins, rusty gates and exterior needs painting and a very scruffy looking abandoned Boxster with flat tires that clearly hadn’t moved in a very very long time. The property needs some urgent cosmetic investment as well as the basics like water availability. Probably the most disappointing property I have ever stayed in, without the ability to make representation because there were no staff available! I cannot endorse this property for any subsequent guest until obvious hospitality considerations are made. We pay for a hospitality facility - its presentation and service should reflect as such.

We loved the garden with the Lemon tree. Nice place, friendly and familiar.
