This spot was perfect, beautiful and cozy. The kids loved it and so did we!

We rented the cabin because we had family coming in because my father is terminally I’ll. He is currently in chemo so we have to be very careful of who we let around him. When we arrived at the cabin I realized it had never been cleaned. When I called the cabin rental company they said they would send someone to clean it. I told them because my dad is sick I could not let them do that. They did not offer to move us into another cabin or anything. The dishes were dirty, the microwave was dirty, the floors had not been swept or mopped and something had been spilled so the floor was sticky. All four bathrooms were very dirty soap rings left from the previous person, mirrors had toothpaste, in the game room downstairs a drink had been spilled on the floor and left there were beer caps in the window sill, we had to glue the tips back on to the pool cues because none of them were able to be used. The hot tub was slimy and had no chlorine. 90% of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The worst part about the whole thing was the beds were made so we assumed they at least changed the sheets. Nope! They remade the beds with dirty sheets. I contacted them the next day and sent pictures. After our stay I got in touch with the property manager and he kept letting me think he was handling it. He stopped responding so I contacted one of the owners Brian Speizio and explained everything. I can understand if I was being unreasonable and asking for all my money back. I just asked that my cleaning fee be refunded. Instead I was offered a 100.00 coupon to stay at another one of their cabins, which will NEVER happen again!
