Great property, close to Disney. Beautifully decorated rooms! Owner was responsive and made sure we were settled in! We would stay there again! Looked like a great pool area, but sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay here. We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills before, but in a house. We enjoyed the condo, with its proximity to the pool - the zero entry and depth of no more than 4 ft is great for our young kids. You can’t beat the travel time Disney. The only downside to our stay, if it counts as such, was that I failed to appreciate that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided in the bathrooms. Plenty of soaps, paper towels, and garbage bags, but wasn’t expecting to buy toilet paper half way through our stay. Next time I’ll know.

This condo is perfect ! Great location close to all the parks. And the pool was right out side the back door. Will try to stay here again real soon!!

Great place to stay while doing the parks. Convenient location, nice and safe place. I would book again. Owner friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated with little extras such as chargers on the nightstands.

We were a family of six, ranging from 1-70, Disney vacationing, and the unit worked for all of us. It is reasonably close to Disney with everything you could need in the area from restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The property is gated, and the entry staffed well. This particular unit is the closest one to the pool complex which is convenient for that use although the ambient temperature was a bit cool for swimming. Our seven year old granddaughter and one year old grandson however convinced us we needed to do some swimming. The pool was nice and warm. The spray play and slide water area was freezing, but this is not a complaint as it was early February. It's just a notation for those who choose this time of year to come. The unit itself is on the second floor with a straight staircase directly to the unit and a couple of elevators for getting to this second floor unit with luggage or handicapped.The door is a push button combination lock so no keys to keep track of or lose. The unit was spotless and decorated really nicely in the Disney motif. All three bedrooms had plenty of room, and comfortable beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a second one between the other two bedrooms. All three bedrooms are decorated in Disney things, but the Frozen room is so princess like that our seven year old granddaughter fell in love with it. The unit is stocked with tons of included accessories for a vacation. Truly a great choice of lodging!

Clean property, great accommodations and easy communication with Gino and Bobbie. The location was amazing, right by Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy to pool a little more :)

The condo was fantastic! Just as listed. All of the different Disney themes made it even more special. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The property grounds werewell kept and my son loved the pool. We didn't want to leave this rental. We will be booking again for our next trip.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here for 5 nights while we visited Disney and Legoland. Super short drive to Disney (5 mins), about 45 mins to Legoland, and 2 mins from Walmart which is always great! Our kids (and us too) loved all the details in the decor. It is a full on Disney decor theme and we loved every bit of it! Hosts were wonderful and messaged us during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and even had laundry detergent and snacks delivered to our door one evening! Very thankful for such a great time!

We came over the holidays and we couldn't be happier with our choice. It was clean and updated. The little touches they have included in decor and welcoming you help to make the experience magical. Everything was easy and clean. The beds were comfortable and they have thought of everything- very well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent, even on Christmas day when we checked in. We will definitely be staying here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great for our Disney trip. This was my first time booking and it did not disappoint. The property managers were very helpful and responsive to my questions. We definitely would stay again.

The location was great being very close to Disney property. Communication was excellent with owners while there. Coming onto property was great and nice amenities. Door locks were lower on front door, which let our littles unlock them, but was great overall.

This was our family’s first trip to Disney World. Check in process was very simple. The property was clean and inviting. We had a simple 10 minute drive to the Disney property. We will definitely look forward to returning and staying at this property again. The host of the property quickly responded to all our requests and was very accommodating.

This our second time staying at this property location but our first at this condo. It was great and we will definitely stay her again on our next trip to Disney. Easy and quick access to the pool and clubhouse. The Walmart nearby is great for getting some groceries and any items you might need during your stay. Our three girls absolutely loved the themed rooms. The place was clean and well setup for the amenities the condo offers. Bobbie and Gino were very communicative prior to the stay as well as during.

We highly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the property owner was excellent. This condo is about as close to Disney as possible and very close to a Walmart for groceries! The Windsor Hills community offers resort like amenities for any non-theme park days! We didn’t get to use the water slides because we ran out of time but they look fun! This condo has a good supply of towels and also other starter items (toilet paper, etc.) to get you started on your stay. I always require a full sized washer and dryer when we stay, and theirs worked well! The themed bedrooms were very cute and our kids really enjoyed having their own space. There are two full sized bathrooms and all three bedrooms are spacious. There is an elevator to get to this condo as it’s in the second story. Plenty of parking and easy to get to from parking spots. Would recommend this for any family staying for a Disney/Universal vacation!

this rental was immaculately, clean, well, equipped with very comfortable beds, pillows, and furniture. The kitchen had many utensils and supplies if someone wanted to cook. The location within the complex was very accessible to the pool, game room and snack bar. The apartment was decorated beautifully with, Disney magic! There were lots of adorable and unique ideas without being tacky. My family and I loved the stay love the decor and hope to come back in the future!

Our girls loved the frozen room! Easy drive to Disney parks. We saved a fortune doing a Walmart grocery pick and brought lunches to the park;dinner at the codo.

This is my first time stay outside of Disney hotels. It's amazing and feel like stay at my own apartment. It's so close to Disney theme park. My wife got her own bathroom. My younger son loved the heated pool. The owner is so friendly and easy to communicate. And I don't think I will ever go back to Disney hotels.

This place was perfect for our stay and family! The owner is so nice and communicates immediately. She helped me make plans for Disney World, it was our 1st time. It was also my 40th birthday, she had balloons waiting for me inside and had even had a beautiful bracelet for my birthday!! The resort is a plus, the kids can swim and do all sorts of activities. Highly recommend!!

This is such a great condo with a great location to the pool and waterslides. The kids absolutely loved it. The owners were very kind and helpful. The condo is close to Disney. It is also close to a Walmart which is important for my family. The waterslides were super fun!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was just the right size and had all the amenities plus more than we needed. It was especially helpful to find a stroller and rain ponchos. We used these both at the Disney parks. We did not get a chance to experience all the extras this property had to offer but are looking forward to returning.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Great communication with the owners, and they were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Good location in the building adjacent to the pool but on the opposite side of the building. That kept the pool noise to a minimum. Daily trash pickup simplified household concerns. Traffic to Disney not bad. Plenty of stores and chain restaurants within two miles or less. Stairway leads right to unit with elevators in the core of the building for moving in/out with luggage.

Really enjoyed out stay and place was great. Had a lot to offer and owner was vert attentive on answering questions and any other needs we asked for. Highly recommend to and we will be back

This condo was truly perfect for our family's trip to Disney. It is super clean and comfortable. The property is a short trip to all of the parks and Disney Springs. The onsite waterpark was great place to be able to relax after a long day at Disney. The owners are extremely helpful, responsive, and really want you to enjoy your experience. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

This condo is a wonderful home away from home. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your vacation stay. Gino & Bobbie were very attentive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed after our arrival. The location of the condo is conveniently located to access groceries, restaurants, souvenirs, and the Disney Parks. The grounds are quiet and secure. I will book again.

This condo was the best part of our trip to Disney World. The information provided by the owner was great. The shortcut to the parks was worth an extra attraction. Our granddaughters were wowed by the Princess Bedroom. The whole condo was squeaky clean. Can't recommend highly enough.

We loved our stay here! The rooms are so cute and fun. It was close to Disney and clean. The pool, hot tub, and rec area was a blast. Highly recommend for your family vacation.

We loved staying at mousepad. Close to parking lot, one set of stairs or elevator access and close to pool/watersides, office and variety store where you can also buy some hot food (pizza, fries, etc). The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed including beach towels. The owner is delightful and very well organized. Close to Walmart (less than 5 min drive) and about 15 minute drive to Disney parks depending on traffic. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

This was our second stay at Windsor Hills and our first stay at the Mousepad Condo. We had a wonderful time here! The location is perfect- close to the pool but on the parking lot side so it’s nice and quiet. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids’ rooms are very cute. Windsor Hills is a great place to stay when visiting Disney and the other parks- just outside the main gate but a fraction of the cost of a Disney resort and a lot more space for your money! Hope to come back next time we are in Orlando.
