Bryant Realty was awesome to work with. They were well organized and responded to any qestuons thay we had within minutes. Professionals from end-to-end. The house was clean, updated and laid out well. Beautiful inside and out. The beds and other furniture and were all high quality and comfortable. The appliances were modern and allowed us to do everything we needed to. The location was exactly what we wanted. We were almost directly between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Kure Beach Pier. Being located directly across from a public beach access made it easy to get to and from the beach as much/little as we liked. The house is as "beachfront" as you could get without actually being "beachfront". A few points worth mentioning that didnt bother us, but may be important for others: -Electric carts are not allowed on the property, so be prepared to either walk or drive. -The kitchen is on the 3rd floor, so plan grocery trips wisely. -Only the king room and the ground level queen room have ceiling fans. -The contract that we received after we booked the house stated that there were sound monitoring devices on the property. We had kids with us who tend to get a itttle loud during game nights, so we were concerned it would be an issue, but it wasnt. All in all, it is a great house, great location, and very professional group managing the property. We would gladly rent it again with no concerns. Thanks for an amazing experience!

This is the first time staying in this house. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware and dinnerware. Everyone had a great time and wants to come back next year. Only minor things that would have made it absolutely perfect - working elevator (especially for groceries to 3rd floor), a spray nozzle on the hose for cleaning feet and the shower head on the outdoor shower was missing so couldn't clean off before coming in the house.
