This is a nice villa in Pointe Royale. Plenty of room for our family of 8 and our dog. It was very convenient that you could go out the basement door to a grassy area for the dog. For being pet friendly it was very clean and you could not tell other pets had been there at all. It would have been nice to have either some Tupperware with lids or plastic wrap/foil in the kitchen to use after a meal. We bought some foil and left it for the next guests. The only real complaint was the dryer. It took several hours to dry very small loads. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Quick overnight stay made very comfortable by the nicely arranged condo. The open floor plan made it easy for everyone to hang out. Comfortable beds. Clean. Property is just as described.

This condo is perfect for my crew. It’s pet friendly, with access off the lower level right into green space. The Master bedroom is on the main level with two other bedrooms on the lower level. It was especially comforting to know there were no “downstairs neighbors” to be bothered by heavy footsteps! We were close enough to all the action we wanted, and far enough away from action for quite time with the family! The host was quick to respond and the check in and out directions complete! Highly recommend this Condo!

The purpose of this visit was for me, husband to visit my brother (a disabled Viet Nam Vet), his wife, and adult grandson. We drove from Indianapolis, met them in Springfield, MO and they joined us for the rest of the drive to Pointe Royale. The resort is laid out well, the grounds attractive. This building's exterior is poorly maintained while the rest of the community looked well maintained. The interior of condo: No weather stripping on exterior doors, consequently temp reached 79 degrees. Interior has recently been painted - which includes painted sinks and wet bar.? Several closet doors were off their tracks. Shower floor had also been painted and was like glass when wet. One bedroom on lower level smelled of mold/mildew and person sleeping there had reaction and had to cut stay short. The kitchen was lovely (best part of condo) but sparsely furnished. Fireplace was full of ashes. There were very few towels for six adults, so we had to spend the first day of our two day stay shopping for and laundering towels for all to be able to shower. The balcony and patio overlook a street which was a great disappointment from the advertised "great location." Pool and patio had so many swimmers the water looked cloudy and there were no chairs on which to sit. We have vacationed at many properties offered on VRBO and have never been quite this disappointed. We paid five-star rates and received three-star accommodations.

Nice clean gated location, was within close walking distance to pool and tennis courts. While we weren’t there too much, we did have time to sit on the condo deck in the evenings.

Loved the house! Great location! The only thing not so great about our stay was there were hardly any towels and washcloths. We had to go and buy some for our stay. Other than that everything was great!

Spacious condo with walk-out basement. My in-laws appreciated no steps upstairs/entry and their huge king bedroom and super spacious bathroom/tub/shower/ double vanity. Balcony had many chairs and a grill- wraps around w/view of clubhouse across the street (we loved their pool!) Downstairs 2 bedrooms, (king bedroom and a room with 2 queens/bunk beds that my son loved!) Those rooms shared a bathroom and had a door to the outside with another patio, table and 6 chairs. Handy washer and dryer (we dried our pool towels!) in the well stocked kitchen, in a gated community, on a gorgeous golf course. We came to Branson in Nov’22, March’23, and are planning to come back here!! Soon!

Property was very clean and spacious and exactly what we needed for our family weekend. We had a great time!
