Enjoyed the views of the marsh. Very clean and well stocked with necessities.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to get away from the busy city of Charleston at the end of each day!

It was nice, clean place in a good location! Check in/out was easy. Would have been nice to have WiFi as our reception was bad but there were lists of convenient amenities like beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.!

Great place to enjoy the access to Folly Beach. This condo provided a very peaceful and comfortable stay away from the busy beach traffic. We appreciated all that the condo had to offer especially the beautiful sunset views. We definitely underestimated the four flights of steps, it’s not for everyone who may have physical challenges that may hinder their ability to climb. It revealed the level of out of shape my husband and I maybe. Although the condo was mostly very clean, it could benefit from a detailed cleaning on the balcony, couch and underneath the beds, where there was a lot of hair. We were literally picking hairs off of each other throughout our stay. We loved the proximity to the restaurants, grocery store and beach. We really loved our stay, unfortunately we most likely wouldn’t choose this condo for future stays due to our limits with the stairs, which disappoints me because it’s a perfect location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a very quiet building, with good access to downtown and to the beach. We loved waking up each morning to find if the area was experiencing low tide or high tide. This is not an oceanfront property, but we actually enjoyed the view of the tidal area even more than the ocean. We hope to return someday.

Quiet and close to everything! Great spot for a family!

Cute condo! Had everything you needed. Master bedroom could use a blackout curtain as the parking lot lights shine right in. Master bed and pillows were very firm. Master shower wouldn’t come on all the way. Water pressure lacking due to pulley not able to secure in place. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed, clean linens and such. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Comfy couch.

When I first booked the property, I expected to be closer to the water- or have clear views of the water from the back deck at least. We did have some views of some water, but not what I expected. We were only here a couple of days so it wasn't a big deal. The parking was adequate and we were just a short drive to Charleston. It was a nice property and it fit our needs for the trip.

Definitely would come back. Beautiful view, close to Folly Island, quiet, and cozy.

The views were really nice. I was looking forward to enjoying the porch with the really nice couch and dining area, but it was cold and rainy. :( We brought beach chairs but turned out there were some in the closet, which was a nice touch even if - rain. Comfortable bed, very quiet neighbors, and easy parking. I didn’t need to get in touch with the host while there but she was easy to reach and responsive before and after. Would recommend!

We had a short 3 day girls trip in November- ideal location 1.3 miles away from Folly Beach, near a great restaurant, Lolos, close to Charleston and Kiawah Island. We brought our bikes and found several trails. We found the owner very responsive to questions/concerns

We enjoyed the close proximity to Folly Beach. It was a short drive to North Charleston for the Riverfront Revival music festival.

This was just as described. Great location and super comfortable and easy. The sunset was spectacular!

Nice clean condo within 1 to 2 miles to Folly beach. Good location for the beach area and to Charleston SC.

Property was clean and cozy. View of marsh was great. Condo was well supplied. Folly Beach was a short ride away for our fun beach weekend. Everything was convenient

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Lots of comments about the stairs, they really weren’t bad. Just be smart about what you bring and what needs to be carried up. For example we left, our beach gear in car, including our chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Two suggestions to make the deck more enjoyable would be to install two outdoor ceiling fans and some type of a roll shade, bamboo perhaps, the angle views of the marsh are nice however because the deck faces SW the afternoon and evening sun take its toll. The beds were comfy and the AC worked well.

This property was perfect in many ways for our visit to SC. Its location was close to Foley Beach and many good restaurants with a beautiful view. The property met all our needs and was clean and inviting!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, just minutes from Folly Beach. It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to get your exercise going up and down, which does become easier over time. :)

Very convenient condo with quick access down the road to Folly. Nice two bedroom that was clean with everything a kitchen needs. Balcony was nice for morning coffee overlooking the marsh.

We spontaneously decided to go to Folly Beach Island during prime vacation time, and we were very pleased with staying at The Folly. It is conveniently located between the bridge to Charleston and beautiful Folly Beach. We were unfamiliar of the area and had a great time!! Our condo was immaculate and had everything we needed!! Perfect!!

Awesome location for Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. Biking and walking lanes were great for birdwatching and exercise. Kayak and paddleboard rentals, a fresh seafood market and restaurant across the street.One of the cleanest vacation rentals I've stayed in. Beds are very comfortable; nice and quiet on the top floor. Great water views on both sides of the large bacony. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and sunset at night. Looking forward to coming back and renting this condo again. Host replied quickly to questions, easy check in/check out and free assigned covered parking!

We really enjoyed our stay and everything about the condo was great. It was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent, being a very short drive to the beach, but in a quiet, relaxing area. It is also close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores along Folly Road. Also, the designated covered parking and storage area was a huge plus. We do plan to come back and would definitely like to stay here again! Thank you for making our vacation as comfortable as possible!

Great location. Easy booking and responses. Lovely view over the marsh. Im really sensitive to noise and there was a little traffic from Folly Road but not enough to deter me from going back. I would book here again. Walking to Folly Beach would be several blocks, so I would recommend driving (if you are carrying a bunch of stuff) or biking. Easy to park at Folly. Either way it’s convenient and comfortable. Loved opening the sliding glass doors at night in the master. Go to Jack of Cups!

The only issue was 4 th floor walk up was challenging with baggage & groceries etc Unit was clean & nicely prepared

The condo was nice enough. Maybe showing a little wear since it was late in the rental season. I simply lifted a towel out of the master bath towel ring and the entire holder fell on the floor. Other than that things were clean and tidy. UNFORTUNATELY, this is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. I had a recent fall that injured both knees, that couple with a couple of chronic ailments made this stay extremely taxing. Since I was on my own for this visit, getting luggage and groceries up three flights of winding stairs proved extremely difficult. Because of this I would not rent here again. If it were the same condo on ground level - I would definetly rent again.

Condo was super clean and inviting. Easy to find, easy check in, easy communication with host and assigned covered parking was much appreciated. Top floor condo, nice and quiet slept well, loved the sheets. Host thought of everything including beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a washer/dryer. Can't wait to come back,

The overall stay was good but there were a few minor things that really started to add up. It is in a great spot! Very scenic and quiet! The overall upkeep of the place was fairly good, but we found hair in the bath tub upon arrival. The rooms were good but the beds were uncomfortable and squeaked if anyone moved on them which made it hard to fall asleep. The ceiling fans in the rooms rattled which was annoying and the HVAC made a really low annoying humming noise when it was on. The WiFi also dropped out on us a couple times when we were there. It wasn’t what I expected and if I were to go back it would only be for the location.

We enjoyed staying at Jennifer & Tim's condo, and would stay again. Our flight got in super late at night, so we were worried about check in, however they have security pin-pad door locks, so there was no fumbling around looking for hidden keys at 2am. The location is great- just minutes from Folly beach. Having covered parking under the building was a bonus. Being on the top floor meant not having to worry about noises overhead (but be prepared for four flights of stairs!) I didn't realize the wifi info was on the fridge magnet, and reached out to Jennifer about issues with it. She was very responsive, and even offered to come over to figure it out. The condo was clean, and comfortable. Water pressure in the bathrooms was good. It was enjoyable to sit on the deck in the morning before heading out for the day.
