Excellent quality, spacious and comfortable apartment in the centre of Brussels.

Hotel was conveniently located near the tram stop, easy to walk to shops and restaurants, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and towels changed daily.

Better for long term stays.

The hotel is excellent and the rooms are very spacious and generous in surface. the good thing they have a lounge with a sofa, tv unit, and kitchen block that is completely separate from the sleeping area. This is very convenient and makes the room very spacious. the room is also full of architecture and art books, so if you wish to disconnect from your phone, you got beautiful material in the room to look at. what i don't like is the bathroom unit which is an open walk in shower and a vanity that are part of the sleeping area. the wc with a wash basin are on the other side of the room. Adjacent to the entrance. i still prefer the old fashioned traditional bathroom unit that has everything in it and can be closed with one door. i think it is a trend now and i have been seeing this more often in European hotels. it is not that bad but not my preference. another thing to mention, this hotel doesnt have a proper lobby you expect to see in most hotels. but this doesnt bother me at all. cleanliness and tidiness is very good in the hotel, staff are very friendly and warm. check-in/check-out process is easy and smooth. I was warmed by the extraordinary compassion and kindness I was shown by every staff member. I was having a bit of a bad luck week (fell flat on my back, cut open my toe and even had a horse and carriage mishap in Bruges). Sophie, Nicole and Yasmina took care of me. I am an elderly woman travelling alone. They made me feel like I wasn't alone,. Thank you to everybody.

Everything was wonderful from the time I made the reservation to the day I left. The staff are so friendly, courteous, and helpful with every need I had during my stay.

This is a fantastic new hotel and the staff and service were exemplary. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the HVAC system worked well to keep us cool on a hot summer's day. The hotel was clean and filled with nice touches, like Tashen books and lovely decor. Parking was worth the fee as the spots are in the same building and it is a quick elevator ride from the garage to the room The lounge is a great place to unwind after a busy day. There is a small gym to workout as well. They pampered our pet with a welcoming blanket and feeding bowls and the staff was always eager to meet furry visitors and offer treats. I will definitely recommend this hotel and welcome the opportunity to stay again. My one feedback is the it would be nice to have a small bottle of dishwashing liquid in the kitchen area. Coming back after a long day and needing to wash dishes and discovering there is nothing available in the room was a let down.

Great rooms, super clean and nice. Really good lobby area. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Only slight negative was breakfast that was a little bit limited in selection, but overall, highly recommended place to stay in Brussels.

It's still very new and I would say the system still needs some greasing. Also note, it's sort of an aparthotel and so you get water only on arrival.
