Very clean rooms,we got two units together as we were a large family group with furry ones too. Nice back yard,thats near a river for ouy door activity. Stores near by to get anything you at need.

Fabulous stay, from 1st entering to leaving my room. Clean!! Nicely decorated. Big, with queen bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with big microwave, undercounter refrig, coffee machine, basket of coffee supplies. Comfortable bed, pillows, comforter. Good water pressure in sparkling clean shower. Keyless entry! Just download their app. Big lounge instead of front desk with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, snacks for honor system purchase, and kids playroom. Very quick responses to questions via text or email. Good internet. Nice outdoor pool and swings for kids. Well located for getting to all the White Mountains attractions. I hope to go back someday!

Wonderful experience being the first time staying at The Inn. I had never booked with a place where there is no office or physical key - but the process was very easy! We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Our room was “basic “ as stated in the website’s description. It was a cute room though! The kids loved the outdoor pool. We used the grills and the owners had brand new grill utensils and charcoal in the garage for their guests. Much appreciated! Two playgrounds, which the kids enjoyed. There were numerous fire pits and bundles of wood for guests also. The weather wasn’t the best and we were too tired to utilize those though. Lovely place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The river swimming was a big hit with us! The rooms were nice.
We like things very dark, and the light from outside was coming in, little blinds on the windows on the door would be nice, but over all a great stay for us!

This site offered much more than just your comfortable, clean, and modern room. I discovered fire pits, grills, and a playground out back. Pretty peaceful despite being located right on 302.

Our stay was great, but marred by ants. Owners responded quickly to the invasion, which helped a lot. In every other way we we satisfied with the room and service.

The rooms are great. Convenient check-in online with key sent to your phone. Room seems to be recently updated with an excellent bed. Everything was very good. Shower stall is a bit small, but it is very clean and no issues with hot water. Overall this is a great place to stay as attested by the fact that I'm a repeat customer on my skiing trips to nearby mountains.

This is a great option for quickly getting on the slopes in the morning. The price is just right for what you get. It's a self service property, but the hosts were very responsive over text.

I thought the property was great. Quiet. The owners text me to ensure everything was great which was a huge plus for me. The room was bigger than expected and the living room area was separate from the bedroom area. The comforter was soft and warm. Great overall experience.

The property is very cozy and nicely updated. The beds were very comfortable and the linens cozy. The location is great and conveniently located to many attractions. It was a very easy process to check in and use the app based key. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in "The Bungalow." Like a home away from home. Comfy beds, full kitchen, short walk to edge of the river, lovely "back yard" and our own chimenea! Highly recommend.

Our room #4 was spacious and welcoming. The bathroom is challenging for any things you would normally put on a counter around the sink cause there is none. But overall we were very pleased with a comfortable bed, space to do yoga and stretching. Beds are my biggest concern and these were great!

At first it was hard to understand what room it was. Had to download the one key app to realize which number. It was easy in and an even easier out. Don’t have to checkout. Just clean up and you’re all set to leave. Would love to stay up here again. Definitely the nicest inn around the area

The room was clean and spacious. There was a family next door with a few rambunctious kid, but we never heard them inside the room! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend wedding. I previously lived in this area and had never heard of this place.
It is well appointed, spacious, well-equipped, owner responds quickly to questions.
Very little road noise. We both slept like small children. Either of us would stay here again for future events.

This property was everything you could ask for! The rooms are updated and clean, just a short walk to the River, the playground, fire pits, even a heated pool! My family enjoyed our time spent here for our annual birthday trip! 10/10 recommend!!

This property is right near Storyland. There is a little playground in the back as well as the Saco. The staff replied immediately about any questions I had. The pool had a safe gate around it and the property is pet friendly. The kitchen had everything I needed such as tools, trash bags, dish soap, as well as a small oven, diswasher, fridge, and more. The beds including the pullout couch (we had 7 people) was comfortable.
