Hotel was lovely. Breakfast very good. Staff excellent. Pool nice but some sun beds missing. Useful to have a fridge in the room and coffee/tea plentiful. Was quite a way from the harbour and surrounding area not very pretty but only 10 min walk to metro and travel tickets excellent and inexpensive

It was very nice. Easy access yo public transport. Breakfast was bountiful with lots of different choices. The room was very efficient and very clean. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is not located in a tourist area and is an 8 min walk to the metro to take you there. The old port is a much nicer area to stay . The hotel itself was clean and the rooms arw comfortable - but i would choose a hotel closer to the port if returning

Overall a great stay with very clean, modern and comfortable hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Only downside was the pool was not being cleaned frequently enough due to high use which made the water dirty.

The air con was difficult to use and didn’t stay on for long. The staff were extremely helpful, hotel was clean and beautiful. Beds comfortable. Easy to get to, metro close by.

- We could not attend the pool, as there were only 6 sunbeds, depite over 150 guests in the hotel, and 30 degrees outside. When we asked them to pull out 2 sunbeds for us, they laughed at us and spoke about us in French so we couldn’t understand, then they shockingly told us “You have to wait until one of the beds are available, get in line”.
- The fridge and the air condition in our room was not working at all, our room was baking hot all day, and we couldn’t get cold water from the fridge. They did not fix this or offer us any kind of solution on this matter, despite us complaining to them.
- The selection of food was so small, you could only pick between a burger and a salad. We tried both, and both courses were very disappointing, and came with sky high prices. Not a pleasant experience, and not romantic in any manner.
- We stayed 5 hours at the hotel, before we decided to check out and leave the hotel for good. The behaviour from the staff, the quality of the food and the lack of proper facilities were too much for us. We still can’t believe a 4- star hotel can be driven this way. Never coming back.

Area is a bit rough and I'm not sure I'd be out on my own late at night. Hotel is spotless and I cannot fault it in any way. Very, very comfortable beds.

Really nice clean comfortable hotel. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant for an evening meal. Felt very safe considering Marseille’s reputation.

Nice hotel but area isn’t particularly nice.. it was a good 45 minute walk to the old port or a couple of stops on the metro. The metro was quick. The walk was a little rough in places but I’d still visit again. Staff were lovely, helpful and breakfast was nice. Rooms were a nice size for a city break. Toilet and sink were on opposite sides of the room which was a little odd. I’d recommend this hotel regardless.

Location for this nice hotel feels unsafe once you leave the hotel but the metro station is very close by and only 5 stops from the tourist area otherwise nice pool and restaurant

The hotel was great overall and we were given a great room.
We were disappointed with the breakfast, it opens until 10.30am until the weekend, we went in at 9.20 there was no strawberry jam left, we were refused any more.
The coffee machine was thick with dust at top which was off putting.

We arrived on Sunday and the restaurant was closed. Directed to options in the area which we couldn’t locate after walking blocks in a “sketchy” neighborhood.

Unfortunately a subpar stay at Crowne Plaza. A frame was hanging loose in our room. Went down to the reception to ask if they could fix it with a promise they would fix it straight away. Returned to the room 12 hours later and found the room in the same condition. Breakfast personell extremely nonchalant and start removing breakfast 10.00 sharp, as the breakfast ends at 10... just a subpar stay in general. Stay away from this hotel if you can.

Brand new hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Not everything is working sufficiently yet and there are still some start up hiccups. The only reason why not to choose this hotel is the neighborhood. No nice bars and restaurants around.

Generally a very good stay! On the last day we had asked for late checkout to let our baby sleep which they gave us but then a member of the team didn’t bother checking to realise we had late checkout and called the room and woke the baby up and without checking told us we did not have late checkout and we must vacate the room before we get charged! This was despite being told that she had just woken our baby up. Overall good but was let down at the end by this member of staff who was also very rude.
Very clean new hotel which is a bit out of the way but has parking which makes it easy with a car.

We arrived for our stay to notice the pool was not available, which is one of the main reasons we booked. I asked for an upgraded room to compensate for this, to which I’ve still not had a reply. Currently sat on chairs outside the pool area trying to find an alternative pool for the remainder of our stay.
There are a lot of minor snags in the rooms and hotel in general as it’s very new, which we fully appreciate.
Not being able to use chrome cast in our rooms isn’t great. The reply to many things is ‘it’s not working at the moment’ but I would prefer a solution, or a compensation.
Many builders wandering around too. I wonder if they should have waited a week or two to open.
