Bigger than we thought. Had everything you’d need. Clean. Comfortable. Milk, water, tea coffee a bonus. Could walk in to the town.

Compact, clean, modern and centrally located to Kingsbridge. Everything we needed was present. The kitchen and bathroom looked recently refurbished and were modern and fresh looking. Having parking and easy walking access to the town was great. Kate the owner was polite and helpful too.
We didn’t find the bed that comfy.

Ideal for a short break, ample easy parking, proximity to Kingsbridge, cottage had good facilities, Kate is an informative and sociable owner
The duvet on the bed was too thick and hot for time of year which made for intermittent sleeping.

Great location. Kitchen and bathroom all brand new, clean and in working order.
The bed was so uncomfortable & sleep is crucial to a comfortable stay. Really needs updating - new bed needed!

Excellent location for the town, very clean and whilst compact it had everything needed for 3 persons on a short break.

Such a lovely annexe to stay and relax in a peaceful cul de sac. Kate the host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
