The hotel is placed in the woods and, for this fact, is quiet enough. Usually, you have lots of facilities (breakfast, dinner, game rooms, spa), but not all the time. The receptionists gave us all the information needed and were very nice. Breakfast and dinner (18€ for a menu) are very good !

I was surprised to see that our rooms weren't cleaned! I will post some photos with proof. In the game rooms, in order to play... you have to pay extra (like 2€ / game - pool, table tennis, air hockey). When we've stayed, the spa was out of order, and this disappointed me so much because we've paid quite much, and we were expecting to repair the pool in a week, but they didn't.

The hotel has a stunning location in a real quiet area, very close walkway to Mariazell. The staff is very helpful! Breakfast and dinner was highly above our expectation. The hotel also has a large swimming pool and a relaxing sauna area what we could use for free.

The beds were hard for us.

We were missing only gym, since in bad weather there's not much to do with teenagers

Modern and nice place to stay, located 5min by car to old city center. My son loved empty pool!

awesome hotel, lovely staff

Unfortunately during our stay there was a heat problem, which affected our good mood. Overall the hotel is ok for a mountain getaway. You can benefit from the pool, beautiful trails in the area.

The areas where kids could play, the swimming pool and spa area and the location right in the middle of the forest. The staff was super friendly and kind and we enjoyed the playground for kids both indoor and outdoor.

The larger part of the outdoor playground was closed for apparently no good reason. The water in the pool was a bit too cold, would've been really great to have it a few degrees warmer. Kids still enjoyed it though.

They gave me the worst view, looking to very close trees.

It was not possible to have a dinner and location is far away from village or any other restaurants.

Friendly staff specially the Lady on the reception and The bar service, clean room,comfortable bed and good breakfast.a good place to stay at Mariazell.

Clean, confortable well equipped hotel for family vacations. Indoor pool is big and warm. Sauna space very nice. Half pension perfect for kids and adults

Room space is a bit limited and they could do a better job when assigning nearby rooms to family members. There are some rooms with connecting doors but we were given two rooms with connecting doors to other people...
