i wasn’t able to sleep ac was not working we stayed May 21 I had to leave the windows wide open as there was no AC

Room was perfect for our purpose. Having the little kitchenette was a bonus. The bathroom was large, clean and had a powerful shower. We found all staff friendly and helpful. In all we stayed 5 nights and would happily not only recommend but would return again.

We found the Internet/Wi-Fi was intermittent in the room but great elsewhere

location was great for us. we ended up staying 5 nights. the extra facilities in the suite rooms were an advantage as opposed to ‘normal room’ staff very friendly and accommodating.

Wi-Fi in the room didn’t work that well but was ok elsewhere

For the price paid, we expected to be a little bit closer to the center We had to pay for the parking spot while it was not indicated in the reservation as an option Very poor breakfast When we tried to enter into the elevator to join our room, we found ourselves in the middle of a verbal battle between two employees. They didnt stop when they saw us and we had to wait until thet stopped. Very inprofessional, never seen before!

No daily new towals / removal of garbage from room.

Good location. Space in the room. Doors in the corridors close without noise.

There were cockroaches in the room. I had to kill 4 and I assume the stink in the ceiling was from another person killing another one. The sheet was a bit yellow as well

Big room, clean and comfy. The apart hotel is really well located with a free parking. Due to covid, the restaurant was closed but we had a breakfast pack ordered.

Overpriced

Decent location to discover Luberon, 1-2 hours drive from lavender fields of Valensole, Sault. Suite was of descent size and comfort, although not really new

Not all cleaning stuff wears masks. There was some noise resembling the washing machine outside the room all night long. Price is too high for the location and facilities, and taking parking fee on top makes it even more sad.

It's in the same structure of the Apt Ibis Budget which is much cheaper than the Suite Home Apt, even if they share the main part of the services (reception, parking, breakfast, etc).

The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the center of APT. It has private parking, but nearby there is also a free public parking. The triple room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast served on the patio. Friendly and helpful staff.
