Near train station and outlet. Has a very huge public bath. I love it! Triple room is huge.

First hotel that I have to pay and rent the pajamas. It is unbelievable in Japan. And the worst part is the pajama also didn’t maintain in a good condition. Additionally, in the female public bath, someone was talking photos/ selfie. This is unacceptable! And I saw several ladies with tattoo in the public bath as well ( I thought people with tattoo is not allowed to enter the public bath, no?)

飯店的早餐超乎我的預期， 如果不趕飛機， 真的建議大家早點起床好好的享受非常用心的用餐氛圍。 大浴池非常的舒服且因為寬敞所以不會感覺太擁擠。

因為採自助式入住， 完全沒有感受日式的服務精緻。 因為水龍頭的水不能飲用， 每層樓配有飲水機讓房客自取， 但如果住最邊間的房間， 距離很遠。 接駁車的預訂早早就客滿， 只好自己坐火車前往機場， 如果提供這項服務， 希望滿足住客的需求。

It’s conveniently located outside exit 5 of rinku town station, just 1 stop from Kansai international airport. It even has an awesome public bath for you to recharge.

KIXからの海外旅行前に利用しました。りんくうタウン駅から直結なので、非常に便利です。 価格の割に部屋は広めで、高層階に泊まれたこともあり眺望もよく、いい滞在でした。 大浴場は露天風呂があり、強めの炭酸泉もあり、そして何より広めです。関空着の旅からの帰りに一泊とって、体を休めてもいいかなーとおもいました。

離機場非常近，也有飯店接駁車可以直接送達機場，要事先預約才能夠選擇日期跟時間，餐廳位在最高樓層景觀視野非常良好，可以在入住前後寄放行李，附近有良好的電器筕及藥妝店還有一間24小時可以退稅的超級市場類似家樂福，缺點就是價格偏高，畢竟是集團類飯店品牌之一。

部屋風呂 脱衣スペースが無く、足マットも無く濡れた体のままで客室に出なければならない ホテルに駐車場が少なく、近隣のコインパーキングを使用するしかない しかも宿泊者割引も無い

服務人員相當有禮貌且熱心，位置很便利。樓下的超商可以由飯店進入，附近有TRIAL超好逛也很便宜很像家樂福，臨空港城也很近，飯店有機場接送服務，從APP就可以預訂，10分鐘就到機場了

We stayed before a morning flight from Kansai, arriving by train. Access from Rinku Town Station was very direct - couldn't have been simpler. And the free courtesy bus (need to book in advance) was brilliant.

浴场面积大泡池多（但桑拿太热了），公共区域设计出色。观景餐厅在顶楼不住店也可以上去吃早餐或晚餐价格如图。就在车站5号出口，过天桥即是购物中心和奥莱。

房间面积太小，局部房顶很低，床对着洗手池，打开箱子就不能出门，房间跟三星车站酒店一样水准。问答里说有酒店到机场摆渡车，其实在7点以后每小时只有8个座位，早到酒店存行李也没人提醒赶紧定，最后还是自己坐火车去的机场，让人非常失望及不满，不患贫而患不均，这几个座位还不如没有；这次共住了6个酒店，这家是唯一的五星也是唯一浴衣收费的酒店（200日元），且房间里没有咖啡茶包。总之不含早大约18000日元/间夜的房价性价比低到离谱，也并不是这家做得有多差，只是其他三星四星的酒店都太好了，以后来日本绝不再定五星了，在这里只感觉到高高在上的态度和几乎没有的附加价值。

Nice and clean hotel - modern interiors with Japanese touches There’s a great restaurant on the top floor which had a good selection of food choices. The grilled beef they were serving was excellent! Very close to Rinku shopping outlet and the airport - it’s a great choice if you are looking for an overnight or short stay place to stay There’s also a Lawsons in the bulging if you want to grab something quickly, otherwise there are not much food chives in the area

The room for 3- 4 persons is in the small side, no place to store your luggage or much closet space Definitely better if you are 2 persons in the room

The public bath is good. The room is spacious. Location is perfect. It is best choice for stay onenight for early flight.

I didnt see a lot of staff in the hotel. I used one towel in the public bath. I have to call the receltion for another towel. If the hotel is using the minimum staff, it will be better to put towel in the public bath for those who need.

It's right near the train station, and there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs by the lobby. The room is a good size, recently updated, with separate shower, toilet, and sink. The bed is super comfy. Nice English speaking staff

Breakfast was a one-plate deal, but the pancakes were the highlight. I ended up having two because there wasn't much else appealing. The hotel Washington next door offers better Japanese oriented breakfast

ใกล้สถานีรถไฟมาก เดินทางเที่ยวบินดึก ก็ยังรู้สึกปลอดภัย ใกล้สนามบินคันไซ ใกล้ outlet เดินไปได้เลย มีทีฝากกระเป๋า พนักงานมีน้อยมาก แต่เพียงพอ ดูแลได้ทั่วถึง check in / Payment Process / Key Card ทำด้วยตัวเองหมดเลยคะ แอบงง งงเล็กน้อย แต่พนักงานพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือ หากมีเสียงสัญญาณเตือน ว่าทำขั้นตอนอะไรไม่ครบ

แอบไกลจาก USJ ไปนิดนึงคะ เลยต้องเปลี่ยนแผนเดินทางโดยรถบัสแทน

温泉很棒！每层楼都有配微波炉饮水机，很方便！

スタッフさんの接客は良かったです。

コストを抑えすぎているのか、部屋の広さに対してツインにしているせいか全体に窮屈で洗面台が使いにくかったり、椅子も小テーブルも無く使いづらかったですね。
