Situation idéale à deux pas des points d’intérêt de la ville .
Parking aisé en face de l’hôtel.
Jolie vue de la chambre.
Hélas , le ménage laissait à désirer ( dizaines de mouches mortes sur les rebords de fenêtre, pique à cocktail traînant au pied du lit)
Désagréable aussi : l’entrée de la chambre par la salle de bains…. Pas commode d’ouvrir la porte quand le conjoint fait sa toilette…..
Petit déjeuner décevant : jus de fruit synthétique, bouteille de lait qui reste ouverte et qui n’est pas dans un endroit réfrigéré , sets de table collants au toucher.
Et pour tout cela , un prix un peu exorbitant : 165 euros sans le petit dej ni la taxe de séjour.

Spacious room with modernised facilities. Lifts between all floors. Good location for walking around the old centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Stylish but uncomfortable chairs. Hard to use micro desk in room with too-low chair. No fridge, or table and chairs, in room, although plenty of space for these (and room service meals are offered(. Quality of meals and breakfast disappointing.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Nice facilities (check out the rooftop terrace). Location was perfect for a few days visit. We took the train from Villefranche station to discover the beautiful village of Najac. Very practical if you don't have a car!
A bit noisy at times otherwise we had a fabulous stay.
