Questa sistemazione offre anche un parcheggio dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.
Divertiti con racchettoni e materassino vicino alla spiaggia, poi prenditi una pausa vicino a una piscina condivisa e più tardi programma le gite di domani nel giardino di questa casa vacanza da 116.1 metri quadri. Qui hai a disposizione anche una terrazza privata. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai approfittare di accesso a internet e TV via cavo/satellitare per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

The house was great. Very close to the beach. You can see the ocean in spots. The pictures make the beach look a lot closer than it actually is though but still very close. It's easier to drive to the beach access! THERE IS NO POOL!!!! The listing makes you think there is a community pool but there is not. The only available pool to use is in Avon. The house was pretty clean for the most part. The back porch table and chairs were covered in sand and the ceiling fans were dusty. The front deck and living room furniture could use an update and watch out for bees! There are nests on the porch and our neighbors got stung and 2 went after my husband. Also beware of the little cactus. I would avoid the back yard. Overall everything was good. We would stay again if the pool was closer. We were not able to swim because of high rip tides for most of our stay. (If you have bad knees the steps may be difficult)

The house is in an excellent location. I found that the house was mostly updated ( with the exception of the cabinets) The house is a large pet friendly duplex and very close to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the screen porch having my tea in the morning- I could see the ocean from there. I took my dog on walks on the beach in the morning. There is a pool, however, the downside is that you have to drive to the pool. This is a short 10 minute drive. We would spend the day at the beach and go to the pool in the afternoon/ early evening. The house was well stocked with toilet paper, however, there was no coffee and we were given only 4 bath towels. The property manager ( Vacasa) was very friendly, however, I was informed the day prior that there was work that had to be completed while I was staying at the property. I was not happy as I felt the need to be at the property when the workers arrived. There was work done on the steps so we had to use the the back steps to leave and could not re enter until the work was complete. This was very inconvenient!! With that being said, we had a great week over all and truly enjoyed our week in the Outer Banks.

One thing we loved about this place was the beach access. It was so nice to be able to take a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed seeing the light house at night from the balcony. I would like to point out some things to help make future stays better. When we checked in it smelled a bit funky and the smell of Dog was still lingering. The bathroom in the laundry room smelled like urine. The floors weren’t the cleanest and the king size bed sheet was torn. We couldn’t enjoy the backyard because of all the stickers and small cactus back there. Our little pup ended up with stickers on her paws. The beds were comfortable to sleep on which was nice.The house was for the most part well stocked with your basic kitchen needs. We did like this place and would definitely consider coming back.

This place has an amazing location, very easy to get to the beach. Pet friendly.

A comfortable, spacious house (for two people ). We liked nice decor. V close to the beach ...... enjoyed the ocean sound and longoing walks. Good distance everywhere else.
The house was clean and inviting. Relaxing atmosphere.
Unavailable items were delivered promptly.
The house, however, require a bit of fixing to make it even more appreciated: window screens in one bedroom were missing, damaged in the bay window. There was a hole in the carpet on the stairs, that looked like chewed out by a dog (?)
Good that there were just two of us thus we didn't need the large skillet as it was burned or dirty (I didn't inspect ) and the cutting board, in a v bad shape, should be replaced ( looked so bad we didn't even want to touch it). All this can be easily addressed making the stay in this house even better
