It was clean, accommodating and enjoyable

The location was difficult to find. Especially at night. Not enough lights and no street signs. The pool was also difficult to find.

Once we were finally able to get into the rooms, it was fine to get some rest after some long work days. There were literally no other options when we tried to book so we had no other choice.

The hosts are not actually there and the people they have hired are not available if there are problems. The property is managed by a company, Vacasa, who takes 24 hours or more to respond, so they are completely useless to resolve any of your problems. No one was available to resolve issues and it was completely difficult to figure out how to get into the rooms. The house is weird as the rooms are not actually inside of the house. There is one nice room in the house, the others are outside of the house, which is weird.

The house was absolutely beyond expectations. We loved the property and pool. So beautiful and well cared for.

The dishwasher didn't work. We loaded everything in, went to store to buy dishwasher detergent, then it wouldn't wash. Had to take everything out next day and wash by hand. Most VRBO rentals provide at least one or two days dishwasher detergent so you don't have to drive 30 minutes to buy it.

The house and amenities were nice.

There is no concierge to communicate with during the entire stay. No one to greet us upon arrival. ACs in 2 queen rooms never got cool. Pool was outside of the compound.

The home away from home

I wanted 4 bedrooms together...its too dark, plus felt unsafe wirh the bedrooms that can only be locjed with a padlock from outside.
