Está cerca de las playas, del aeropuerto y de Puerto del Carmen, lo que es ideal para estar tranquilo y si quieres o necesitas más movimiento lo tienes a solo 5 minutos en coche. Josemari quien lo gestiona te proporciona todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable,.además de buenos consejos para visitar la isla o donde comer.

Una habitación amplia y cómoda, al puro estilo rural. Unas zonas comunes que están muy bien para aprovechar. Buena luz y una atmósfera súper tranquila. A destacar el trato amable y cercano de Josemari, excelente persona. En definitiva: Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto, como en casa.

El dueño muy amable buen trato , la ubicación perfecta para recorrer la isla. Un lugar muy cómodo, tranquilidad, fácil aparcamiento. Habitaciones amplías. Volvería sin duda.

We went as a couple and booked the room last minute for a couple of nights. We were finally impressed so we stayed longer! The place is an old farm house converted into various guest rooms including a common kitchen, central yard, swimming pool, your own breakfast table.. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishes, coffee machines etc. There is no daily breakfast per se but the house provides cereals, coffee and bakery stuff for free that you can grab any time. It is right on a road but we could not hear the cars (room at the back). In front of the house's entrance there is no construction and you can see into the horizon and the ocean. Our room was very big and spacious, there were tables, chairs, hangers, shelves, a sofa to organize our things on, and the bathroom was also very big and comfortable. There was hot water any time, towels and shower gel/shampoo provided. The bed was pretty big too. The communication with Jose Marí was fluent, he was answering any time to our messages and the days we met him we enjoyed his presence. And of course you can come and go whenever you please, enjoy the sun on the various chaise longs, do barbecue if you fancy..WiFi was working well in our room. Tias is a very good location to stay in and convenient for any excursions (many sights are at 20min drive). The village has quite some options for breakfast, lunch and dinner (maybe more than we could see altogether in other places), a kind of local super market where you can buy also in bulk, a gas station, first aid center, a great teleclub... Overall a great stay, we really felt like being on vacation but with good commodities and we would definitely recommend it!!!
