The property was a managed condo system with no on site support nor services. The only like was the location.

When we arrive the tub shower did not function and the hot water was warm at 106f. We complained and the owner was kind enough to come by and fix it. He indicated that the rate we paid was too high and gushed us based on other similar units that he has listed with the renting agents. We complained and no attempt to compensate us with any credit.
