It was noisy. Room was comfy. Walls are thin. It was Better before the renovation

We have stayed here many times. Due to construction it is not has clean as it used to be. I'm hoping it can get back to the way it used to be.

Avoid this property. Room 1- I checked in and friendly staff gave me keys to my room. The door would not open and it sounded like it was occupied. It turns out they gave me a key to the wrong room. The front office staff gave me a key to a new room. Room 2 - I went in to the second room and it was really hot. Turns out the ac had not been on for awhile. There was also used tissue in the floor next to the bed and specks on the sheets. I went back to front desk with issues. They moved me to a second room. Room 3 - This was supposed to be an “upgraded room”. I went in and found out the bathroom door was locked from the outside. Once again I had to go downstairs to get assistance. He came upstairs and opened the door with a screwdriver. The AC was leaking so the carpet in front was always wet. Also, the deadbolts were not lined so the door could be opened even if “locked” from inside. Had it not been a busy football weekend with rooms in the area sold out I would have definitely left this hotel.

Clean, spacious and relaxing.

I had just been released from the hospital and needed to be close in case I needed to return. The hotel is within 4 minutes from Scott & White Hospital College Station. When I called the hotel to explain my situation, they allowed me to check in 4 hours early without any additional charges. They were very accommodating ensuring I had a quiet suite with easy access. Also offered to assist with any additional needs I may have had, above & beyond customer service! There are kind, compassionate people in this world! I would highly recommend & now a loyal customer!

Many hotels were sold out and I couldn’t find one where I felt safe. I finally found this one and it was great! I was traveling alone during a busy weekend in College Station. I felt comfortable, safe and the room was very clean! Excellent stay!

Its really a nice one; only thing is if you do not have car it is difficult to move in and out of main town. Rooms are really big, they have excellent furnitures and other facilities. Front desk people are helpful. They need to improve their breakfast. Many times it gets over well before time and one of the front desk person is not forthcoming in refilling stuffs. Varieties are also less. If you are staying more than 2 days, you pretty much know whats going to be the breakfast for all seven days to come Rest everything is good. All furnitures are new and top quality.

This hotel needs some serious work. Worn carpet, water damage in rooms, cobwebs in room, bathroom fixtures damaged…just a mess. Hotel management should be embarrassed by the state of this facility. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name affiliated with this facility.

This hotel is in need of paint and finish to floors. It does not have a good odor in the lobby and hallways.

The bed was extremely hard and the water in the shower was scalding hot. .. Couldn’t even get cool or warm water. How do use ice bucket to mix cold water from the sink with the scalding water from the shower to bathe. There was dog hair all over the couch in the room.

We knew going in that the hotel is under construction so we were prepared for strange smells and paint and carpeting redone. Overall it was a delightful stay and the room was VERY clean. Sheets crisp and clean. Breakfast area is nice and it’s a decent offering. Enjoyed Vanessa at the checkout very personable.

I don’t normally do this, but this property was beyond horrific. No way is this a 3 star hotel and no way was the guest rating a 7.8. Terrible smells, huge cracks in walls, fairly new property falling apart. Dirt on the shower curtain. Paper thin walls. Went to breakfast at 8:50 and the attendant had already taken down the waffle station. I asked her to bring it back out and her response was no breakfast ends at 9. Terrible service. On top of a falling apart poorly ran hotel

Facility said smoke free and no pets but saw pets and smelled smoke in hallway. Little street noise at night.

Awesome stay

The property is currently being renovated. Once it is complete I’m sure it will be really nice. There was dog hair on the top cover of the bed and large cobwebs in my room which don’t have anything to do with remodeling.

I understand the hotel is under construction but it did not affect my stay. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I did find a small insect mot don’t want to see when they’re staying at a hotel but it could have been due to people coming and going and the fact the door had a gap at the bottom. My room I believe is still under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The paint above the bathtub is peeling and the rubber material that lines the bottom of the walls in some places was not placed correctly. We were there for junior Olympics and this room served our needs so we are content with our stay and would definitely return if needed. I would highly recommend this hotel put a mat at the front doors as it rained our whole time there and i saw a hazard. People could have slipped and hurt themselves. So they should put a mat at the front sliding doors in a hurry.

Property was bare minimum. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Hotel appeared to be under construction and unfinished. Would not recommend.

Place was worn down. Under construction but work done was not clean nor safe. Pipe coming out of water fixtures in shower. Tiles not even. Dirty and needs improvement

Was in the process of being renovated so some issues with panels on walls coming ect. Hopefully all will be fixed soon.

The hotel was under renovations, noise and dirt everywhere. We were not warned in advance in the booking process. Will not be staying again.

This hotel is doing renovations so everything is new and clean in the rooms and bathrooms. The staff specially Venessa is very helpful.

Easy access to surrounding restaurants and businesses. The hotel was actually being remodeled during our stay which made for rough looking conditions. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Under renovation- perhaps should close until finished. Scheduled completion in March; still a long way to go. Renovation trash around back. Room #s on floor, cleaning cart blocking out door (room was next to laundry room), trim around floor poorly attached, tv not working. Went for breakfast a few minutes before it closed and lady cleaning area around table we were sitting at seemed to go out of her way to make noise - dragging and clanging chairs and tables together as she cleaned. I would not recommend- at least not in its current state.

Renovations but great hotel. Clean and good service

Vanessa at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The hotel is going through some renovations but it certainly did not impact our stay. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was way more than we expected!

Renovation construction, sound insulation was so bad

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Our room was ready when we arrived and very clean at all times. The pool is only 3.5 feet deep, so perfect for smaller children. Great grand kids had a ball in the pool. All questions were answered. I would highly recommend this property if you ever have the need to stay in College Station Texas
